Well after that straight flush and my first 4 to a Royal.....I walked away +$10 and two Summer Shandys. Checked into the room at The D on 7th floor facing 4 Queens. Pretty close to Fremont but the noise won’t bother me. By the time I hit the pillow, I could sleep through a tour of Jurassic Park.

 

I thought D had full pay 99.17% with progressive full pay?

 

At Vue yes. But that's currently closed for remodeling. Fivehundybymidnight claims they won't change the paytables, but never know...

 

I've heard from mutiple sources including a D executive they won't...

Here are those 99.17% progressives!!

So walked down to El Cortez to meet Wade but he’s taking a quick power nap. I decided to hop on the $5 Craps table. As I got there a 7 was rolled and people started walking away in disbelief like that was the trend. So I played don’t pass. The next shooter ended up hitting a few quick points. Down a couple bets then on to Earl.

I went pass with 6/8 and come with 1X odds and 1X odds behind pass. 16 rolls later was back slightly ahead. The next three shooters couldn’t hit a point but hit lots of numbers. Good for my don’t pass bets. Finished a half hour session +$30 and two drinks.

Moved my chips to $5 DD game. After some up and down shuffles, hit a great shuffle with a pretty good count. Made $80 in about 20 minutes INCLUDING a guy spilling his beer.

Nice little $110 profit at El Cortez.



Before that, I was able to redeem 2 $25 matchplays chips from a mid flight ad in Southwest Airlines magazine. Hit both!!! Another $100!!!

Went to put that new Benny in VP at Long bar. But when I tried to download my $5 free play it said access denied....so I wandered over to the players club. Reset my shit and back I went........wait a fucking second.

I FORGOT TO CASH OUT MY TICKET!!!

Walked up to my seat and there is a guy playing Keno! He sees me and I could see the OH SHIT look......

Made $5 bets on DJ (6:1), Henrik Stenson (30:1), Bud Cauley (40:1), and the field (7:5) for this weekends golf tournament. Two bus lights and two bourbon and ginger ales at El Cortez. Looks like Wade woke the fuck up. I’m either playing some 2/4 limit poker or walking the streets with that delinquent

I vote for $2/$4 limit, the drinking game.

If you like ginger and bourbon try a presbyterian. Do bourbon or rye if they have it with equal parts ginger ale and club soda with bitters like angostura added.

If you like that maybe try an old fashioned or Manhattan.

2/4 limit wins. Lots of huge hands early on. Makes me wish I was playing no limit. Pocket Kings twice. Once flipped a set, once over pair on flip and turn. Another hand I turned a boat. In for $100

 

Up about $30 it appears yeah, you’d probably be up $200 or more in NL.

 

In the small blindI get AJ off. Raise to $4. Flop comes 4 10 J two diamond. I have none. I bet $2, a raise to $4, a reraise to $6. I have to fold here.

Turn is J spades. Folds to reraiser. She shows J 10. Whew. Saved $6!!
