Here's some of my memorabilia/trinkets/junk. Click to enlarge.

    Caesars postcards.

Postcards from Bally's long-running show "Jubilee". What's interesting about these is I bought them in the Bally's gift shop less than a year ago. They said they found them in the back and just put them out. I bought 3 of each.

A program from Siegfried and Roy's show at Mirage. This is a 37 page program on high quality glossy stock with lots of beautiful pics, text a 4 page foldout in the center, and show credits. The amazing thing: these were given away free when you attended the show!

And the ever elusive sewing kit still in original packaging. I may need to darn something someday when “damn” is inappropriate

Some oldies but goodies. 1988 the Frontier was doing weekly Fantasy football contests so I kept a couple of my losing tickets

And in 1981 Las Vegas Downs opened for dog racing so some buddies and I went. Sadly the track only lasted two years

Here is my defunct casino matchbook collection. I know some are still there but these are vintage. I actually got a whole bunch of these in a box and have been selling and trading them. I have a decent amount of stardust stuff I will post shortly. I loved that place. IMG_20200409_192549.jpg

Here is some of my Stardust collection..there are other pieces that I am too lazy to get out of the box in the closet. I am a bad photographer so pardon the lame pictures. I hope other Stardust fans enjoy these.

Used Blackjack felt. I hope to frame this one of these days. The flash really brings out the used aspect of it, it doesn't look that bad in regular light. I love the Stardust purple.

I have no Vegas-themed "art" of which to speak, but every day I drink from a Vegas coffee mug (I have tons of them). My Windows 10 wallpaper is a slideshow of pictures I've taken in Vegas. Both of my cars have Vegas stickers, a Vegas license plate frame, and a Vegas picture as the wallpaper for the display in the cars' center stacks. My Google Nest Hub also displays random pictures I've taken in Vegas over the years. So, yeah, plenty of reminders!

Down in the cave I have an aerial poster of the Strip taken at dusk starting from Mandalay.

Over the sofa I have a panoramic view poster 16"x 84" of the strip ,probably taken from the somewhere near the airport,
a whimsical shot of the Strip jigsaw puzzle(currently working on another). I'd take some pics, but they are a little dusty
and won't get cleaned until the pellet stove season is over.

Like many others on this board, I have a serious chip collecting problem. :D

Here is a shot of the custom built display case I built for my office to house my collection of ALL Vegas casinos who ever used a chip.

I am missing only 15 of the long obsolete casinos, chips that are awfully hard to find..

Here is a closeup of the off strip casinos:

OK, here is my stuff. I have a hobby room (I fly model airplanesJ. Two walls are wallpapered with a view of the strip. An actual video poker machine and Pachinko slot machine. My chip and pen collection is, I think, a little unique from other peoples. I don’t have chips from every casino, but every one I have, I got by walking into the casino and buying a chip and asking for a pen. In a spare bedroom I have two taxi ads that used to be displayed on top of taxis, and then two more posters showing the strip and another showing the moment fireworks are set off on New Years Eve. Whew! That’s most of it. And of course...........I am very ready to go back!

    Mike in Little Rock.
