Just going to toss this out there for anyone who gets the comp room calendar from TI.
It says to call the property to reserve as you cannot book comp rooms on their website.

PRO TIP: Use the chat function on their website and interact with them that way rather than making a call, being put on hold for a reservation clerk, etc.

Within 90 seconds, the nice person I was chatting with had me set up with a comped room. I asked about an upgrade and he said he would see what he could do but promised at least a strip view, high floor. About 5 minutes later my email confirmation arrived. My comped room is now a strip view suite, upper floor AND my resort fees are waived for the 2 nights I'm there.

My new favorite place to stay.

Great post, and so happy they took such great care of you!

Not to hijack, but between your kudos and @Grid , we'd love to try TI down the road...(especially since Mlife is tightening)...but just can't trade comped rooms for paid rooms.

@Chuck2009x ....how did your seeding go at TI? Did you ever start getting free rooms from the $$$ you put in?

URComped has ti on their portfolio now. If you have any offers from any other vegas casinos and want to at least try ti, hit up Craig and his team. I'm rated at most every Vegas joint I want to stay at, but for the 2 places I had no history, and wanted to try, they got me my free room and extras (food credit, limo ETC) since I was already signed up and verified on their website.

I did the chat feature as well when i booked my recent stay. Unfortunately it was offline so it was sent via email. The next day online reservations sent me an email and i was set up in no time.

I didn't get anything from my $500 coin-in drive-by last July, but then I paid to stay one night in January and I did get some offers. I did $2,800 coin in plus some craps and had about a $1,000 loss total. I got a few offers for slot tourneys and a BJ tourney, but this week I see an offer for 3 comped nights in a suite midweek (probably their Petite Suite) or a regular room on weekends. I'm going to wait for the snail mail piece to see if there's any freeplay included, but I'll probably take them up on it for 2 nights if I'm able to start the trip on July 4th instead of the 6th.

So @JeJas and @Grid were right when they said to be patient.

I also had a Gift Card offer in my online account and I just got the details of that one in email today, it's not bad but it's targeted to a 10 day period in May so I can't use it.

Thanks so much @Chuck2009x!!!! I try not to call you out too much by name (you have such great advice I know you field a lot of questions) , but we're so similar on play, I was really curious.

@Grid thanks for the plug. I've spoken to Craig in the past and he's great.

At that point the timing wasn't right to try a new comp strategy, but when I'm ready to try TI, I'll definitely reach out to him.

You guys are both great, and thank you!

I should probably point out that my loss at TI was disproportionately high for my play level, because of a bad $800 suckout playing $9/spin on a Tabasco slot. @JeJas was of the opinion that that would help with offers. If I stay there a couple of nights in July and have average luck, I'll probably get a better handle on a normal coin-in level for offers. Going in, I did think $3,000 coin in a night would be a reasonable target, and I did get most of the way there, so it's hard to tell.

From what I know ti does consider your actual loss.
Based on your gift card offer, I guess your free play offer would be also $200+, @Chuck2009x .
I got multiple quotes from hosts: if you want backend comps,
they want to see 3000+ points per day, which is $4500 coin-in on slots per day.

Thanks for that info. I expect I'll get a mail piece or an email in the next couple of weeks with more details on the summer offer. To be honest, freeplay and resort credit as part of offers are nice but not that important to me, you're paying for them in play anyway; I'd just as soon have a stripped down offer for just a room with a lower play requirement.

I don't usually ask for back end because by trial and error I've pretty much found the coin-in thresholds for basic offers at all of the Strip places. They're levels I'm comfortable playing at, win or lose. But every dollar of comps beyond that, you're probably paying 5x - 6x for in losses, so I stick pretty close to the minimum amount of play that gets me free rooms and a minimal amount of throw-ins.

Got the email today. This is better than I was expecting. Booked two nights via the chat app.
Not sure what room type. I said I didn't really need a suite but wanted a room on their smoking floor. The room type code is DT1V, which I'm just spitballing is maybe Deluxe Tower 1 King View. I booked two cheap nights mid-week, so hopefully I'll get a nice room.

That's fantastic Chuck, and thanks so much for taking the time to give an update! That's a really solid offer...as good as anything I see from Mlife...actually better considering they seem to be tightening up.

Looks like TI might just make a buchaneer out of you yet! ZomboMeme 21032018151602.jpg

Yeah that's a lot of Freeplay. It'll be interesting to see if it's a teaser type of offer.

    Very nice @Chuck2009x !
It is a teaser! Of course unless you play like Grid.

What do they mean by "optional $40 resort fee" ?

It might be a teaser, but if Chuck wants those offers to keep coming, I know he'll figure out exactly how much coin-in he needs to convert them from teasers to repeat offers.

He's really good at figuring out how much play is just enough to get the right offers, and to keep them coming...he's my "Vegas Whisperer". (Like a horse whisperer.)

And if you want to grin, have him share one of his spreadsheets. Occasionally he'll share a screenshot of one. He tracks his metrics and play like most track stocks and Fantasy Football!

But then that's why both of you are two of my favorites on here--you both have great tips and insight. But then again, VMB has so many neat people, I have a lot of favorites, but you both are still two of the ones that are at the top of my list!

You are not forced to pay the resort fee.
If you don’t pay, you can’t use the WIFI among other things.
