I haven't had a haircut since ...

The self COVID crew cut was the what I needed. My hair hasn’t been that great in a while and I usually wear a hat most everywhere but work.

Since work from home started, I just decided to give myself a crew cut and I have loved it ever since. So easy to maintain.

Now I trim it down every week to the #1 setting.

 

Getting first hair cut tomorrow, but have been doing the self buzz cut approach since my last hair cut in early March. Now I've let it grow out enough that it can at least have something done to make it look like a cleaner cut, especially in the back.

 

Since early March. I'm still holding out for my first man bun. It ain't there yet. How long do these damn buns take to cook anyway?

 

Go outside. 20 minutes max.

 

Two days... Did my biweekly .5 guard the other day.

 

A little under 3 hours ago. Love a nice fresh cut!

 

Thankfully I got in to my salon a couple days before they were shut down again, but my stylist said if they had to remain closed she'd see me at her house.

 

Couple weeks ago. Will be time to get it done maybe in a week. Got a "underground" salon willing to do the work so no problem.

 

One time in May and then a second one last week.

A friend down the street did it. She cut her kid’s hair when they were growing up so she has some experience. Free and it came with a couple of drinks with her husband after the cut.

I “pay” in eggs. The twelve hens provide for several families.

 

I broke down and ran to my stylist on June 20th. Before then, my last hair appointment was March 14.

 

The wife bought some clippers and has been giving me hair cuts since this all started. She has gotten really good too.

 

I had a haircut mid February and finally got one last Tuesday. I’d been letting it kind of grow out anyway so it was longer than normal but I had 4” cut off. I’ve never had that much hair to cut off, well, not since 5th grade!

 

2 days ago... salon is open but you have to wear a mask the whole time.....
I went to one of my doctors today and he has long hair now -- guess he gave up haircuts for now... he looked good!

 

My last haircut was a week and a half ago. Prior to that it was the beginning of February. By the end of June my hair was getting into my eyes, irritating the hell out of me. Screw it I said and took scissors and looked in the mirror to just cut the damn bangs out of my eyes.

But I realized how untalented I am as I tried to cut the bangs while looking in the mirror, again irritating the hell out of me. I couldn't figure which way to point the scissor blades and it was driving me nuts. When I finally finished I laughed at myself, it was really awful but I had relief of the hair stabbing into my eyes.

When I finally reached the barber a week or so ago I apologized and told him what I did. He smiled and mentioned something to the tune of "you and a hundred like you over the past couple of days".

Early-ish June - salons are now back closed or unless they can operate outdoors, so I’ll see what the situation is like in a couple weeks

 

Got one the last day before they closed the shops here and then 2 more since all reopened. Last one a week ago.

 

Early February. DW hates my hair long so I'm not going to get it cut till I go to Vegas again which is well in the future. Tarzan never got his hair cut and what's good enough for Tarzan is good enough for me.
