Obligatory introduction that I'm very new to caring about casino loyalty programs.

So, so far this year I've earned 15,000 tier credits. According to the Caesars Rewards website, for every 5000 TCs you earn, you get one free night in Atlantic City or Las Vegas. Does anyone know how to redeem this? I found an earlier thread about this with the same question but there was no answer. I don't see any kind of free night offer on my Caesars Rewards app, nor have I received any emails or whatnot about it. I tried calling Central Reservations and they couldn't do anything without an offer code. And the only relevant phone number I could get from them was for the Caesars Rewards desk at Caesars Palace, but they aren't answering their phones.

If anyone has any info on this, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

Normally, I would get an email every time I hit a 5K level, 10K, 15K, etc. And then they show up in my offers.
But I just looked and I've been over 5K for at least a month now and haven't received an email nor has anything showed up in my offers. So I wonder if they are still doing this? Just running behind.

Sorry I wasn't much help though.

I don’t think many of us have had much luck using the free nights. I haven’t tried to use them in Vegas but have a few times in AC. Every time i have tried, it says it is a blackout date.

Both times I've used that 5k TC promo, I called to book it.

I just broke up 10k last Sunday, no email saying anything about a free night for hitting another 5k

They used to show up in My Offers on the webpage, but I don't see them now. I poked around the website a little and I couldn't find any mention of it.

They weren't much use if you already get comp nights because you couldn't tack them onto a comped stay, at least in Vegas.

I think they were really aimed at people who go to local joints with no hotels and don't play at a high enough level per visit to get comps in LV or AC but manage go to their local often enough to rack up a lot of TCs over the course of a year.

I do remember getting emails about them and the codes were real generic like ABCDE5K, ABCDE10K, etc, so if someone can find their email, you'll have a shot at figuring out the code (assuming they still do these offers). I couldn't find my own emails though.

I got an e-mail on March 30. I started 2021 with 19,xxx TCs because of the fourth quarter promotion. I got another e-mail with additional nights from play in Reno/Tahoe two weeks ago.

The offers are not appearing online as they had in the past. It doesn't really matter because I was never able to book one online and never bothered to call. Maybe this is the year I call in to try to use one for a weekend AC night.

Yeah, I would just call and try to use the codes in @Tarpie 's screenshot, I think they're going to be the same for everybody. If not, worst that happens is they say it doesn't work, and you can wait and see if someone else posts different codes.

Give them the first one, then just go down the list if you want more than one night. They may not let you back-to-back them.

There's been threads about these "offers" before if you want to try a search. There was a little bit of YMMV aspect to people's experiences trying to use them, but they were useless to me.

One thing I know that they won't let you do with them is to extend a 5 night comp stay (the maximum number of nights they will comp for MOST people). Since I can get 5 nights comped pretty much anytime in Vegas (and AC is not easy to get to from Houston), they are pretty much worthless to me!

Thanks so much for the replies, especially Tarpie! I will call back with those codes in hand and see if I have better luck

First thing I would do is to log in and see what rooms will cost you WITHOUT USING ANY OFFER CODES. None. For most folks, they will get rooms anyways. If you are not getting rooms, that is another story.

Let us know what you find.

The room comps that I'm able to get appear to be very limited. Definitely no weekend comps, and even my available weekday comps are scattered throughout the calendar -- and none at all for Caesars AC/Caesars Palace.

I should have mentioned the majority of my TCs (10,000+) have been from online gambling using the Caesars Casino app in New Jersey. I became Platinum solely from online gambling TCs.

I only have two physical trips to AC to account for so far - including the 5x TC weekend. It was after my first trip that I started seeing (limited) comps

I never noticed that 5,000 tier for a free room. I normally just email or text my host for my AC rooms.I haven’t paid for a room on many years so I don’t even pay attention to free room offers. I’ll check it out after next AC trip.

This makes sense. Since you have limited play, comps are limited. Dollars played is the ultimate factor.

Yeah. I made the mistake of thinking that online gambling was treated similarly to on-property gambling since you earn TCs (and the online earning levels are half of what they are on property -- e.g., 1 TC per $10 on slots, 1 TC per $100 on everything else. So you can do the math on what my "dollars played" online is).

It makes perfect business sense because why give me free stuff to go to a casino when I'm just giving them money from home? So, just gotta ramp up my in-person play :)

I’ve never had any luck booking them, always “unavailable”.

So an update in case anyone is interested. I called 1-800-CAESARS this morning and gave them the offer code from Tarpie's screenshot (CR50001N1). They put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back to say that they didn't see that offer in my account...

So my next step was to email Caesars Rewards. Will see if anything comes out of that...

I have the same codes as Tarpie. It appears that they are generic and are sequential, my 20k shows CR20KT1N1. Funny thing is that I can't find them in my CET account, I only have an email to reference.

Just updating for posterity -- I got an email back from customer service and they said something about my mailing preferences and my offers not being generated. Whatever that means. But they said they have reached out internally to correct my account and that it should be resolved in 6-8 weeks. Crossing my fingers on that!
