and while we're talking Bingo, I hear Plaza and South Point have some pretty nice/major setups,
P plays at Plaza in the morning sometimes when I'm passed out all day after an all nighter.

Our old SP offers (w. stay) had $20 off a $60 buy in, 2 free drinks, IIRC.
I think plaza players with a card could print a similar discount ticket.

My sister and I dined at Herbs and Rye in 2015. It's definitely not a dive bar. They had an extensive list of different cocktails, including recipes dating way back. The happy hour menu was great with the half-priced steaks. We enjoyed it.

Last night was a bit of a bust. I tried lots of different games and the dealt 10s (the second time this trip), was my best VP hand back at Wynncore last night.

 

I slept in this morning and before venturing out played some VP for a bit. I think 5 play UX is going to be my sweet spot for my final 44 hours (who is counting????) for this Vegas trip.

I did pretty well. Ultimately lost but played quite a while on a modest investment.

Breakfast this am was an oatmeal square in the room and coffee and OJ while playing and then a second round of those drinks with a sinful apple tart thingy from the Wynn Cafe.

Then, unfortunately a bank run to get a small amount of cash to play with for the weekend. I'm going to be low to mid-rolling for the rest of the trip unless another monster hit happens like yesterday, but even then I will be focused on protecting my remaining wins on the way out.

I have played a lot less at Wynn during the past 3 days after a brutal day of gambling 3 days ago. My bill, even with all of the meals off the bill as I am RFB (with limits though he has been taking them off) is currently about 3k with spa treatments and tips though most of that is spa and salon charges. My host may not comp all of that, which I would understand as I played heavily the first week and much lighter, save 3 days ago, the second week, and I am in a Parlor Suite.

If he comped the spa charges (I have another 2+ hour massage in the am, my final one), that would be fantastic and if he didn't, I would have had an off the chain stay at Wynn with all that you have seen for 3k and effectively zero after factoring going home a winner.

Oh and I had the amazing dessert from Sparrow + Wolf late last night.
