Last night CET was removing many cocktails that they were capable of making and started switching to well basic drinks only and only a dozen or less bottles of liquor on shelf. Mlife properties still had a full bar from my observation up to midnight

I love Mon Ami but I don't plan to go back until they revert to their full menu, or at least close. I love either the quiche or the crepes for breakfast and they have neither.
I asked the waiter when he thought they might go back and he said probably when they're sure the people will still come. Some of the food items are hard to get, and they are not wanting to be stuck with a lot of food again should there be another shutdown.
Your report is great-cant wait to read more!

Last night I played at Cosmopolitan before my reservation at Jaleó. Tried my luck at the Moolah game and got this nice line hit just before time to go to my dinner reservation! Dinner at Jaleó was very good! Their tapas portions however are smaller than what I had in Madrid still amazing however. Ended the night loosing at Harrah’s HL, losing $10 by playing $25 blackjack at Wynn for an hour. Then my bankroll for the day vanished in an hour after I was done playing blackjack lol oh well my birthday wasn’t as lucky but have been preserving my bankroll in anticipation of checking in at CP today!

At Jaleó we ordered the pan con tomate, croquetas de pollo (Breaded chicken), patatas bravas (potatoes with aoli), gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp), and the paella of the day which had pork. The drink was a refreshing sangria which had Cava and mint which was very good!

Although it wasn't a winning day gambling wise -- though I love those Lightning Link hits!! -- it otherwise looks from the food and the general good times with your parents and partner that it was a great birthday. What did you think of Wynn generally?

Bartenders I asked said they won't be affected. They will still be making drinks for the cocktail waitresses.

@B T - are your parents having fun? Your mom looked pretty captivated by the slot machine in your picture. :)

I would argue they get a lot more tips from bar top patrons than the cocktail servers. If they stay employed I guess that is a positive.

Base rates for bartenders in Vegas are pretty juicy from what I've been told. Definitely on the strip.
