I guess we could age from them to 21-35, 36-50 and 51 and older.

I haven't stayed at every Strip property, and there is surely a bit of a skew age-wise at some properties, but it's not so pronounced that I've ever stayed at a place and felt out of place because of the demographics of the rest of the guests or gamblers. Or really ever even felt like "this is a place for XXXXXXX"

There's probably another demographic that we're missing... families.

Kinda tricky as the older properties like Bally's and Flamingo do get the older crowds, they also tend to get the younger crowds as well as they are older properties and more along their budget.

In my opinion there is no correlation between the age of a guest and the casino/property he/she prefers.

    ^^^ Great pic!

I have the exact one framed, with Sands Chips and a Royal Flush.

I think statements like these generalize/stereotype categories of people. Gaming habits, payroll, length of stay, frequency of visits, behaviour and being plied by medicinal compounds also all play a role.

I play where I want because I have free will and on most occasions a suitable bankroll. When folks are in town are they not all ageless?

I'm pretty sure all casinos are ages 21+. I'm in my early 50's and I don't feel out of place at any casino, based on my age group.

There are some that play louder music, but that doesn't mean that over 50's who like loud music aren't allowed there.

I'm not sure what the criteria is that we are trying to figure out here.

Yep, not seeing some hard-and-fast nexus between age and casino.

Right. But you're still trying to categorize. This 50+er enjoys MSS, M and Caesars, to name a few.

In that case, you should categorize them based on guest's height. It would be just as fun. I find that the 5'7" and under crowd really likes MGM Grand.

Budget is what matters, but general assumptions about income/budget can be made based on age group, though I feel like this isn’t really a mystery by any means:

professionals/ higher income earners likely tend to stay at wynncore/Venetian/aria/cosmo/4S/waldorf

Average earner is probably doing mirage/mandalay/paris/ph/mgm, and many others

Lower income likely around Luxor, Linq, Bally’s, Harrahs, NYNY

Of course this all varies by comps, frugality, not living within means, what’s important to the individual, etc. I have broke friends who stay at wynn and know millionaires who stay at NYNY.

I agree with this list right up until Flamingo.
I go with the exact opposite and put Flamingo in the 21-35. Here is my list.

    21-35 PH, Linq, NYNY, Flamingo
    36-50 Aria, Bellagio, Caesars, Cosmo
    51+ Wynn/Encore, Paris, Venetian/Palazzo

Oh yeah, that's the older folks CET property IMO! With that said, I really enjoy myself there.
