I am curious why Vegas does not have 7 stars lounges where the 3 ac properties do. It seems odd that the flagships don't do more to cater to their top players with what is a relatively inexpensive offering?

Because the current management, lead by Eldoraldo has little respect for longtime guests who spend a lot of money at their casinos. Their current philosophy in Vegas is to suck dry every penny possible. Also, Vegas, unlike AC does not have the same lounge competition as it does in AC. It’s hard to be diplomatic.

Ditto what @jpfromla said. I also would expect them to start cutting the unadvertised 7* perks, like free movie rental, spa passes, etc out as well.

The competition in LV does not have lounges, CET seems to have decided that they don’t need them either.

Caesars rationalizes that the players they really want—those with high ADT in the Vegas market—are going to get everything comped anyway and don’t care about lounges. They are now dealing with a huge number of people who have earned status in locals markets with promos and bonuses, and they can’t treat them all as VIPs in Vegas.

AC functions much more like a locals market and the competition is offering them free meals in lounges. CET has to do the same.

Cp had a seven star lounge. It closed at the start of the pandemic (and pre ElDorado). I don't believe it ever re-opened. There wasn't much too it anyway

A/C is just a different market. It has (for a LONG time) had the best food options anywhere.

The only 7* I can remember in Vegas was at CP and that has been gone for many years.

BUT - right now there are not any lounges at all.

(not gonna get into the usually worthless discussion if they are closed for good or are coming back)

I have never heard there was a Seven Stars Lounge in Vegas since I made Seven Stars eight years ago. All of my last 5 years of trips to Vegas I've stay at
    Caesars Palace.

I recall it was accessed near the Ceasars high limit table salon. But offerings were actually better at the Laurel Lounge. Both locations -- RIP.

I never thought the offerings at the Vegas Laurel Lounge were that good. My option is the Laurel Lounges prior to Covid were much better in AC than Vegas. The Seven Stars Lounges in AC are pretty good even now. I'm going to try the Seven Stars Lounge at Tropicana AC next trip to see what it's like. I heard it's about 20 tables, that may mean I won't be able to get in.

I agree that the Ceasars AC Seven Stars Lounge is pretty nice (although I only went there pre-COVID). I recall small plates of food served at the table off a menu. Reminded me of the Palm Room aka Diamond Lounge at Harrah's New Orleans. Nothing like it EVER at CET Vegas locations.

There was that little "baccarat buffet" tucked away behind the high limit tables at Caesars Palace. It has been closed for quite a while. There were high quality little bites of food but it was not meant to be an all you can eat buffet nor did the clientele treat it as such. There were usually zero-5 people in there, sometimes the family/entourage of a baccarat player but that was it. It was not publicized, if you didn't know where it was you wouldn't know it was there. Clearly it was intended for those actually playing high limit tables, but some people called it a Seven Stars lounge. It was definitely not a lounge as classified by the Total Rewards program, it was an amenity for high limit table players. It seemed to be open 24/7, and was a fantastic place to inhale a quick bite at, say, 4am after a long night at the tables. The butlers/waiters knew very well who belonged in there and catered to them very nicely. If they didn't know you they simply ignored you.

The now closed Laurel Lounge at CP was combined Diamond/Seven Stars, it was normally packed and had very low quality food. The space it was in is simply not big enough to handle the huge number of Diamond players they have now, it would probably have to be 7 Stars only if it ever reopens.

Caesar’s Palace had a Seven Star lounge a long time ago (maybe 15 years). You could access it from the 7* check in. The food/service was excellent.

At Caesars Palace last week, I asked the check in person (seven stars check in area) about the lounges being closed. He said they will reopen, but with something better. Whatever that means, lol.

this. I’ve never set one foot in the lounge and I just go where ever and get whatever food or beverage I want, and it’s comped at the end anyway.

Unfortunately if you utilize the lounges, caesars no longer wants you.

I'll believe it when I see it.
Though I do think Caesars Palace has the best chance of having some reincarnated lounge. Maybe it will be for a new 10 stars tier.
