Vegasnut is going nuts again semi live April 15th/May 2nd

Finally arrived in las vegas last night
Just took a cab this time( no more shuttle shit as i was deadtired and good choice very nice cabdriver took me within 10 min to ballys
Check in went ok as well friendly lady by mistake they had put me in new renovated room but im creature of habit as it was late they only could get me in jubilee room near elevator which was fine
Than unpacking and some groceries from cvs and after shower i went to bed just half houre past midnight
Yeah as my room is directly next to elevator i did hear some noise but i had my earplugs with me so i was able to sleep 5 hours( for me thats a big win)
No pics of room as it was very similair to pics from last tr october

 

Had a nice walk went to bellagio

Dutch soccer is totally back and my team ajax just 1 word WOW!
Knew ronaldo would score but predicted 2-1 win for juve so glad i was deadwrong.....i am crying for joy here dang!

What's even worse is this beer is about the cheapest former "craft" beer you can get. For $12 in a grocery store, I could buy 8 pints of Goose IPA.

Another day in paradise
Second day in vegas( i dont count the houre on monday)
Was heading to the spa when a voice in my head sayd do the 9 am ballys 60 buy in pokertournament
Nuts as i am i listened and signed in
Good choice as i really played well and yes after 3hours of play i finished second and in the money giving me a 184$ nett profit( same amount i am up gambling)
After a short visit to the spa i walked outside and it was warm and sunny( yesterday cold and raining) got me some starbucks giftcards for my host!
Feeling less tired and good and beside the poker i didnt gamble yet( i might do some tx hldm/crazy4/uth but I just try to stick to poker as that gave me the best results in the past and i dont have a large bankroll so i just have to grind!

Later this afternoon i will meet some vegasbuddies to do the mirage dinner buffet

 

Congrats on the tourney! I never met anyone that came in 1st, 2nd or 3rd in a tourney...so you're a poker star in my eyes. And up on the gambling, too. And the weather that everybody has been reporting as crappy has brightened up. All very sweet. The 10 day forecast is for sunny to mostly sunny with 0% chance of rain. All looks right with the world.

 

one of the voices in my head would say to watch a round then try a blind 3 card poker hand ($5 in each spot for $20 if you can find $5 min).
but the louder voice says keep the powder dry for week 2 and craps.
