Apparently they pushed the deadline till Monday. It seems Derek was ready to sign today but the union pulled it back.

Vue Bar play went downhill. Had a decent livestream hitting a few quads but still lost $300. Went to Eureka for dinner using comps. Good as usual. Dropped my friend at the airport now at Palms chasing multi line royals

That concludes this beatdown of a gambling day. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

That seat (first to the right of the walkup service area of the bar) is one of my favorite spots in the world and easily my favorite place to play VP.

Epic fail this morning. Got up, grabbed coffee and a muffin from the coffee stand downstairs. Finished that then headed to Lee Canyon to go skiing. Made it to about 7,500ft of elevation before the roads became impassable for my rental. None of the NDOT signs or their website indicated chain requirements when i left or during the drive. Took about 15 minutes for a break in traffic so i could get turned around. The drive down was quite slippery for a mile or so then cleared off. Another loss for this trip. This will break my streak of 4 yrs skiing out here. Maybe they’ll still be open at the end of March when i come back. Photo fail as well. The cactus covered in snow looked pretty neat but I didn’t snap any pics.
So now the dilemma is what to do. Obviously gambling but where and what denom. With the beatdown from yesterday i’m down more than a $.50 royal but less than a $1 royal. Going to shower now and hope for inspiration

Do you play the 4Q 10/7/5 dollar machines? I slipped a hundy in last December and caught a Royal. I also like the 25 cent multi-line machines at DTG Furnace Bar if they’re working.

Did you notice on prior trips what time of the day monthly fp gets loaded? I'm trying to see if I can schedule an early flight on 3/1.

I was curious if you did your recording at Vue Bar, or more hidden away on the casino floor. What kind of steps do you have to go thru to get permission to film there?

It's surprising there would be no warnings!

I film at Vue Bar. You don’t need permission any longer.

There was a warning for 2/1 but they never updated the website and the signs were all turned off. I was passed by cars without chains. I hope they made it

Had the stone crab. Not bad but won’t rush back. I think they overcooked them or didn’t cool them quick enough. Still good for comped. Now at Vue Bar
