    I'm currently Pearl status with MLife. Will Caesar’s match that with their 2nd level tier? I’m sure this has been asked before so sorry in advance.

    Nope, must be MLife Gold *AND* a new Caesars Rewards member in 2020 for Tier Match. Current CET Caesars Rewards members are no longer eligible for tier match as of now.
