    I thoroughly enjoyed Sushi Roku - I went about 2 years ago and had an assortment of different sushi rolls. Dessert was amazing can't remember what it was called but it was basically donut holes with various dipping sauces.

    I haven't had any other sushi in Vegas though, but Sushi Roku was probably the best I had ever had. My next time out I'm trying Blue Ribbon.

    Granted Sushi Roku is the only sushi restaurant I've been in Vegas but I find it outstanding every time I visit.
