Also, lots of vitamins/supplements (like I’m kinda worried I’m gonna get stopped by TSA at some point... lots of pills ), because my diet is not exactly micronutrient-rich during the best of times, and Vegas is definitely not the best of times in that regard :evillaugh:

    Deconstruction:

"Weird flex but OK" is an internet phrase.

    upload_2020-8-31_4-48-46.png

I repurposed it completely outside of its usual usage to turn it into a joke simply about the twin bottle of Flex, ie. "Weird Flex."

The FINALLY GOT TO SAY THAT! part is a joke on myself.

I had another one, but forgot. Oh yeah, my memory! Seriously. I've only made a to do list on a trip in the nineties with a couple of newbies. Over a pre-trip cocktail one of the guys suggested a list of sights I might show them. So I made one we could use. It had about 15-20 possibilities, knowing we wouldn't see all. I think we hit maybe 3-4 of them. Since then I've never made any kind of list, but usually have a few intended targets. I can say truthfully that most every trip I can get to my return gate at McCarron realizing
I forgot to go here or there. So in the future, I plan to bring my memory along!

I forgot this very important item if you wear glasses. Never gave it a thought until a friend and wife took a trip to Mexico. On the second day they were body surfing and he lost his glasses. Why was he wearing them? Don't know. Intelligent guy, but sometimes..... So he spent the next five days without and his sight is much worse than mine. Since then, I don't travel without a backup.

I pack my Pedialyte each trip (I take bottles since I drive, I know you flyers prefer the powder) - I guess maybe it was only considered unusual years ago, maybe now it's a staple. I probably read about the benefits somewhere here (maybe Gaggles or one of his crew)... Even though my drinking is less than what it was in my earlier Vegas days it is great to stave off dehydration when one has been at the pool all day in 110 degree heat... I always water it down - 1 part Pedialyte, 1 part Water.....

    - My Gourmia foldable hot water kettle
    - A NeilMed sinus rinse kit (to avoid sinus infections - Wynn gives free distilled water!)
    - My lucky Golden Frog (actually 2 different ones, just how lucky still TBD)

Isn't the best part of being partnered up that you don't have to worry about fashion anymore?

A good luck tiny octopus that I won in the crane arcade game at the Boise airport on the way to Vegas a few years back. I've only had like 2 winning trips since then so maybe it's time for a new good luck charm.

PooPouri spray in my carry on in case I am stuck using the plane bathroom. Why men feel the need to load up on Taco Bell or Chipolte before they fly is beyond me. I also bring the ziplock bags and my insulated Trader Joe bag-works great for to go orders or left overs.

I always bring chewable Tums and Imodium. Also extra hearing aid batteries, I'm virtually deaf without my aids.

Oh lord, I'm high maintenance now. What do I bring:
    • Clorox wipes
    • Charmin butt wipes (not to be confused with #1, OWW)
    • Bluetooth speaker to listen to music in the shower
    • Sound machine
    • Neti pot + saline rinse packets
    • Lotion
    • Safety scissors
    • Bandaids and sports tape
    • Back-up ID and credit cards separate from my wallet
Perhaps more to the point of the original question, I have a pair of socks that has the Welcome to Las Vegas sign on them, and I wear them every trip
