Received our Feb Tier Match CET

We received our tier match and by my math was right. We received just over 24k bonus TC. Almost maxed out ,we had 1 night at CW and 3 in Biloxi and that to me is a good bonus. Wonder what is up next quarter, we will be in Tahoe 4/1....Rick

 

Hi! I got mine too, or at least that's what I think it is, but it's way too low. It almost looks like it's the right amount for my first trip, but I went again on Feb 28 and played a lot more. My TR statement is correct, but not the Feb match. Sadly the 1000 tier bonus did not post until March 1, so I doubt I'll get that but I at least want my full amount. Would they post it in 2 separate transactions? Has anyone else noticed a discrepancy?

 

Yes I just checked mine and I don't see the match for Feb 28th included.
Will wait a few days and then contact TR

Got mine too. It also did not include a bonus that did not post until March. Still was enough to push me over Diamond - earliest in the year I have ever renewed by far (have not even visited my local casino this year - just the carryover and 1 trip to LV). Still need to get to the 25K for the free Diamond lounge but when the Quest points get added that will take care of a good chunk of that gap too.

 

Got mine too. Maxed the bonus so not sure if 2/28 play and bonus were counted. So glad I saw the offer because I had rooms and was booking flights for the first week in March. Ended up moving forward a week

 

For those questioning if they got all of theirs, got an email from CET telling us how many points we received. Very happy as we matched. So glad we had Biiloxi booked and had a really good time there. Now if there is something new for Q-2 we will be heading to Tahoe 4/1.........................Rick

 

Received an e-mail yesterday stating how many bonus points I was awarded. When they add in my Quest for Rewards bonus points at the end of the month I will have reached that "magical" goal of 25,000 points to renew my Diamond status for next year. If CET had not eliminated the other diamond levels, I might have considered going for the next level. No way am I going for 7 star status. I'll probably slack off on my CET play and give other properties more of my play in order to improve my offers from them.

 

Still no bonus Feb TC points here, nor any email. Same with my spouse, and we both did click on the Double your Tier Credit / Register today button from the bottom of the TR emails we received. Any others on here that have not received their Feb TC bonus yet? I believe today is the day it was supposed to apply at the latest, as per the terms and conditions that I saved.

 

My husband & I got our match too and they both seem very low. About half of what I had calculated. Hmmm.

 

No bonus tier points at all still. And I’ve been refreshing and checking every day since March 1st. Sigh.

 

Same situation here x3x. Also the same for my spouse’s account. I’m supposed to have about 15K bonus TC’s added.

 

I have not received mine yet either. Glad I am not the only one.

 

Mine did arrive yesterday. I also had a trip at the end of February, and ended up losing the double on the bonus credits from 2/28 like the others. I still would have been a few hundred short of 15,000 Diamond after the quest bonus (I basically ran out of money and refused to hit the cage again to take another marker). Friends are planning a small getaway to Iowa in May so I should be able to get enough points between Friday night & Saturday to at least hit regular Diamond. Even visiting lounge only one time this last trip I still will miss being able to go in. (I always use all my RCs and then do back-end comps at end of trip).

 

Mine was credited a few days ago, 25k, and received the email today that my account was credited. FWIW, it took 24 hours for my tr app to update even though it reflected it on the website, even though I tried manually updating it in the app itself.

 

I think I received my February 28 match today

 

My spouse finally got the Feb TC bonus today, however my account still has not received the bonus. I'll keep on waiting a few more days before contacting TR.

 

No points yet for me either. My play was on 2/16 to 2/18. I sent an email on Sunday night. Haven’t heard back.

 

I sent an email Thursday and never heard anything so I went to the Total Rewards FB page and sent them a Private Message. I heard back in about 2 hours and after about 3 hours the points were in my account! It was super quick.

 

My Feb Tier Match TC's just showed up within the last couple of hours (I had checked a few times today). I did not contact anyone from TR.
Hopefully everyone else that is missing their points will get theirs soon too if not credit already.
