Have a safe flight. My wife and I will be arriving there on Thursday. My 3rd stay at MGM, my wife's first. Should be fun!

No need for a map....what most people DON'T do is look UP....there are a lot of signs hanging from the ceiling pointing which way to go where....very easy once you been there a day.

If you are on your way to walk north on the strip, or make a run to the convenience store that is out the back, and you do not want to go through the twists and turns of the casino to walk out the West Wing Bar entrance, then there is a back way. Right between Nobhill and the high limit area, there is a narrow hallway. Keep walking straight, and it will take you by the West Wing rooms. At the end, it will put you at West Wing Bar. It is a straight line, but if you walk through the casino, you will go in more of an "L" shape. Saves a couple minutes if that is your destination or if you plan on going out the West Wing Bar entrance.

Yeah, everyone seems to disagree with me. I've had breakfast there three times and always really enjoyed it. Ran me about $15. So yeah, it's not 'budget.'

Actually $15 is not bad in Vegas if that's the total cost of your breakfast minus a tip....but if I remember correctly I paid about $18 something for my Eggs Benedict and like I said it wasn't even that good....PLUS coffee

This door is now locked more then open. If you don't have West Wing room card you will not be able to take the shortcut!

Good to know. It was open the last time I stayed there (about 5 mos ago). Must be part of the renovations, redirect everyone through the casino.

Would you have better chance of getting a "free upgrade" on your room if you check in at the hotel vs the airport? I want to try the convience of checking in at the airport, just wondered if they have the ability to upgrade you at the airport or not?

We got our BEST upgrade from the AIRPORT Check In....but I really believe if you check in LATE you have a much better chance of a upgrade.....if most people have already checked in and you check in late and they have better rooms still available, then I "think" they just might as well give some out...of course the hidden $20 behind my driver's license ID may also helped...
