My driver said the fixed rates to/from McCarran started today.

I took a bad pic (without my glasses) cutting off the left side. Maybe someone else can get a better pic in the daylight. 3FD0ADAA-E20B-4E06-9758-50303A427D50.jpeg

Headed home to KC but what a great couple of weeks with family, new VMB friends & great wins.

    Good luck to all.

Uber and Lyft should be getting more business now.

I thought they seemed high but I didn’t want to camp out at the cold, dark pickup spot at Harrahs at 5AM this morning as a solo old lady.

He said the fare includes the $2 airport fee

Do they still charge a $3 fee to use a credit card?

I like the fixed rate/flat fee concept. Better than being long-hauled - or are these long haul-esque fares?

I like that it’s spelled out and you know what you’re going to get charged, but those prices are considerably higher than UBER. My last few trips from the airport to the strip have been $12-15.

They are long haul level fares, yes. I've paid a few dollars more in a long haul, but the only two times I wasnt long hauled, my fares were $16 one day with light traffic and about $19 on a day with heavy traffic and a lot of wait time. The Bell VIP ride share, even with the recent price increase, probably thanks to this, is now 100% definitely cheaper than a cab to the strip if there is just one of you.

I've made it downtown in an Uber for less than the "fixed cab fare" to Planet Hollywood.

    Too high.

From dirty cars to unfriendly drivers Taxis continue to not evolve or improve. They find a way to make a convenient payment form (credit card) inconvenient.

I haven’t used one in years and Vegas and will not again until they adapt to better serve the customer.

Uh, $27 to the Sahara is higher than what the meter has been on my last few SLS trips!

I think $23 to Planet Ho is higher too, but I don't really remember and did not keep track as I was not expensing it out or anything.

Wow...inflated rates for sure. I switched to Uber/Lyft when they came to Vegas and those rates won't entice anyone to switch back.

I agree with most of the comments here. I am shocked at those rates. Its been a few years since I took a cab from LAS, but those rates are a lot higher than what I paid (even being long hauled).

Don't even need the other side of the list; it's $19 south of Trop, $23 between Trop and Flamingo, and $27 north of Flamingo.

I had originally read that this would take effect on the 1st of the year, guess they moved it up a bit...

Gosh!! I wonder what caused them to have to post their pricing?? It can’t be because we “wanted” it as that has been on the list for years and years.
I would think there would be a large sign somewhere along the waiting line for a cab so the rider would know what’s what. I hate getting in the vehicle to see stuff like this and have to quickly exit—-it throws the whole thing out of kilter.

The Mirage at $27 is on the high side even with traffic congestion. Either going to Sands and cutting down or coming down Flamingo and turning up.

I think its' generally been around $20 - $25 at most.

Rideshare at the airport is a shit show to get to so I wont be wandering around parking garages anytime soon and while I use ridewshare when I can we have been long hauled twice because of novice drivers following an unreliable GPS system.

It's nice that they now list prices. However, their price to Paris is $23, I paid $13.36 with Lyft last week.

Yes the $3.00 CC fee will still be charged in addition to the fixed fare rates.
