    That lean back on SOuthwest must not.be as bad, doesn't bother me.if people do it, its a couple inches, but I never do it because...well its a couple inches, its no more comfortable for me.

    I've had good luck with polite people lately. Seems lime flying southwest helps a lot.with that. I live by O'Hare so used to fly American, but switched to SWA despite the drive to midway due to the flexibility. It seems like both the workers and passengers are just a more positive, thoughtful breed.
