Anyone know anything about these rooms? I can't find much about them. We have stayed at the Flamingo before in a Go Mini Suite and loved it but not sure about these rooms. It's all comped for our December trip so having a hard time not doing it. I have Aria booked right now for that trip at much more than free. I have found nothing on YouTube.

Here's the questions I sent to Caesars Ent.

There don't appear to be many pictures of this room - not on the Total Rewards website, nor the Flamingo Website, nor via Google search.

I would be interested in knowing the following information: What floors are these rooms on, are they all pool view, and do you have any more pictures of the room and/or room layout?

    Here's the response:

Thank you for choosing Flamingo Hotel as your destination. The Studio Room is an approximate 550 sq. ft, ā€œLā€ shaped studio with a combined living room/bedroom with pillow-top beds. The Studio rooms are on various floors and they either have a view of the pool or the High Roller. Views are not a guarantee and are based upon availability at check in.

So probably like a mini-suite (in fact that's what my reservation actually says on it "mini suite", but I believe they are rooms that are not updated - so maybe like the Fab style or older.

I have not stayed in a King Studio room at Flamingo, however, i'm booked at Flamingo in November for a FAB room with the intention to do the sandwich for the GO room at check in.
I have seen this pic: https://www.caesars.com/content/scaffold_pages/rooms/flamingo/flv/en/mini_suites/_jcr_content/cards/card/image.stdimg.std.m.cover.jpg/1428526652918.jpg

and hear comments about it and it seems the Studio is just an over sized FAB room taken up do to the separate one bedroom sq. ft. But the Studio hasn't been upgraded and from what i hear it's on lower floors, so if you want a Strip view i don't think the Studio rooms have them.
I got spoiled at Bally's last month when i used the tip to upgrade to the Jubilee Tower. That's why i plan to get the GO room. I prefer the extra amenities over just the sq footage, although i believe the Studio does have a tub/shower combo.
I may be wrong, but if you have stayed in a mini suite at Flamingo, you might be disappointed in the Studio room. YMMV, i'm sure others will chime in like on here and on travel advisor.

OK so I decided to book it and for right now keep Aria too. It's not strip view, it says it's pool view only. I don't care about strip view so that's not a problem. I will decide after our November trip because I do think I will get a better deal at the Aria then, I did last year. I absolutely love the Aria. I really don't care for the casino at Flamingo but a lot of what we are doing that week take place around there. Decisions, Decisions!!!! At least I can cancel either or both.

I do believe I have had this room for a night. Got in late and that is all that was available. We changed rooms the next morning. It is bigger than a fab or go room. Very, very dated. On the 6th floor, view of the pool. I also like to wake up and watch the news on tv from the bed. Can not do that as the tv is in the living room. I would not stay in one again.

For whatever reason I have been staying at the flamingo my past 5 trips to vegas.

I have stayed in both a King Studio and a Fab Mini Suite...

They were the same thing... EXTREMELY dated. - L shape as stated above.. The big portion of the L is the same any other room, has a bathroom and instead of beds it has a couch and a tube TV, desk for a "living room" and the small part of the L is the bed cave. I call it a cave because the ceiling is low and there are NO windows. There is also a TV in the bed cave too - a TUBE tv.

I didn't like it very much. I would rather have less space in a cleaner feeling go-room.

I'm kind of picky about a hotel. I might need to stick with the Aria and just pay. After I gamble in November, I think the price will come down like last year with some resort credit.
