It's been a few years since I've stayed there but I remember the check in lines being long. We land by noon and check in is at 4. Anyone have any tips to avoid a long wait?

You can try to check in when you get there, if there's a room ready you'll beat the 4pm rush, and if not at least the paperwork will get done and they'll hand off your keys when you come back later. Obviously being Platinum or Diamond would get you a shorter line to check-in as well, if that's in the cards.

Yeah, the self serve kiosks. Some friends met us there in january, arriving later when the checkin line was out of control. The kiosk took them less than five minutes

They used to have a separate gold line. I'm not sure if that still exists....
