I personally wouldn't, but that's just me. You'll likely probably be fine, but if you're concerned I'd call and check. I do nice jeans, a dress shirt, and a blazer pretty much everywhere in Vegas (except for Picasso, where I go for a three-piece suit with a pocket square and lapel pin).

Call the restaurant. I don't know what "dress" shorts mean nor "nice" jeans. And that's not a slam whatsoever. It just goes to the fluidity of definitions and what we each personally think is "slob" or "snob." But you also need to remember that it's Vegas and there aren't a ton of places that would show anyone the door if at least clean and moderately dressed.

    Good spot. Enjoy.

Not that it matters to me, but the overriding factor in showing up at the higher end LAS restaurants is whether you have enough green to pay the bill.

Must wear pants, but you can do jeans and a sports coat. They don’t move one code, but will offer you slacks

Some striped calf length socks would really kick this ensemble up a notch.

I revoke my "to each their own" comment with regards to this outfit.

The only place I've had a restaurant turn me away for wearing jeans (with a dress shirt and blazer) was South Point, of all places. I like getting dressed up, but don't begrudge anyone's attire. As long as you don't smell funny, it's not my problem.
