Booked a free 3 night stay in a Bellagio Tower Fountain View King.

The offer said I could book online of call VIP services. Does this mean I qualify for VIP check in and lounge or should I call and ask?

VIP Check in at bellagio must be coded by a host. Bellagio VIP services is a blanket designation for their player services/marketing department.

Unless you have been invited by a host to use VIP check in, you will not be able to use the VIP check in. You should however be able to use the invited guest line for check in at the front desk.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers.

Just ask when you book over the phone.

You can ask, but if all you got is a standard room then I doubt it. Never hurts to ask!

I've used VIP check-in without going through a host - but the offer listed that:

    $500 in FREEPLAY®
    • 3 Complimentary Nights in a Luxurious Suite
    • $350 M life Resort Credit
    • VIP Check-In

VIP services = Guest Services. They call it VIP to make you feel special.

Here is the Bellagio's phone number from their website:
    888.987.7887

"For reservations or information regarding the MGM Resorts International Players Club call 888.987.7887 or visit www.playersclub.com."

    https://www.bellagio.com/en/faq.html

Here is a cut and paste from one of my offers. Phone number for VIP is the same as the general line on their webpage 888.987.7887

I had same offer as you did....(I think mine was $250 FB tho)
Anyhow, it's sucks but offer must read "VIP check in" or just call VIP service.
It is nice to have access lounge (bottled waters & juices wines etc)

Beyond checking in there, I never went into the lounge. Now, if they had coffee available at 3:30 a.m. I may have made the effort.

I know it would have been nice... but those hours just open til 12am... I agree. All the VIP lounge closes at 12 am MB Mirage and I think Aria closes at 10 pm.
