Can anyone give me rough estimate for an Uber / Lyft from the airport to 4 Queens? How about a cab?
    Thank you!

Each website has a ride calculator you can use: https://www.lyft.com/rider/fare-estimate

$28-$32 for a basic LYFT. You can get a shared LYFT (share with strangers going the same way as you) for a few bucks cheaper but not worth the small savings IMO

Cab fare from 4 Queen's to airport in January. We planned to take the WAX but hubs got a royal flush and we missed our bus while waiting for his hand pay. Well worth the price that day!

I 2nd the Wax. The bus stop is easy to get to from baggage claim, and stops on 4th st. just past Carson. Just a short walk to the 4 Queens from there

The WAX bus works just fine.
I use the time to catch up on email, news, and texting.
I am usually alone, but if I were with 2 or 3 other people I would be willing to split the cost of Uber or Lyft.

$2 in cash as you board the bus. More than that if you buy a pass at the airport kiosk.

Don’t forget both rideshares and taxis have that extra charge (a few bucks) for airport pickups, which will make the incoming trip pricier, all other things being equal.

Bummer about the wax is for late night early morning arrivals . Last bus is like 1130 pm and we routinely miss it and have to take uber/lyft. On our arrival uber was expensive so i checked lyft which was $6 cheaper. The ride share prices flex and move a lot fast. If you don't like the fare check the other app. If you don't like that wait a few minutes and check it again.
