CET Properties and Halloween

So which if any of CET hotels does anything in particular for Halloween? Been maybe 5 years since the last Halloween trip and I stayed at Paris and don't remember anything much at Paris, Ballys or Flamingo night before or Halloween night.

 

I don't think any CET property does much of anything for Halloween. They really don't like the holiday. They don't want masks or people that are hard for surveillance technology to recognize in their casinos. I think that's across the board at just about all of the casinos.
I think the best time to be had is on Fremont St. where you'll come across some costuming.

Talked to reservations line again and they said no issues.... maybe just call ahead that day to remind the front desk. I think if my flight leaves on time I'm good, delayed maybe some issues but doesn't sound likely. I just booked a standard two queen room so nothing special to worry about losing. As long as I have my two beds I'm happy. I'm guessing since it's booked under a premium offer (CP Halloween Bash) there more willing to offer upgrade if one is available.

There is a big Halloween party at Caesar's Palace as referenced above. May be invite only, I'm not sure but I got several email offers for me to come, but they all included comp rooms at Rio...not gonna fool ME again Caesar's!

 

That is why I moved downtown for Halloween!

 

I was surprised to have room offers at everything except CP and Cromwell. I chose Paris for the party since I consider it to be the next step down from Ceasars Palace. I'm hoping the party will be a blast! No one knows if food will be provided though,

 

It has been in the past. I looked up some youtube videos of the bash in years past when I got my first offer email. And yah the room situation is weird. I normally have all the properties comped and every offer I get has everything but NOBU and Cromwell, and CP about 50/50. Normally have them all comped in my calendar but that Saturday night is showing me ridiculous prices in the $300 range for low end room at CP but comp on Friday and cheap Sunday. Even the offers I've gotten for tournaments at Rio have had the room choices you got in yours, but that weekend, only Rio for me. That's a deal breaker lol.

 

If im able to go (i've been handling a personal family issue), i will be arriving on tuesday morning, Oct 29 and will be leaving Saturday, Nov 2. Someone here in chicago told me that they heard that it gets wild in LV on Halloween but im glad to have read that it doesnt seem that way. Im planning on relaxing by the pool (most likely Delano), maybe a yoga class or two (Dont Laugh), lots of window browsing and some craps playing.

 

Halloween is pretty much just another day in Vegas.

There is a lot of stuff going on November 2. There are 4 concerts at the same time - Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, Guns N Roses and Five Finger Death Punch all have shows at 8 or 9 that night. In addition, and likely related, there is a music festival that weekend in town. There is also some pre-SEMA stuff going on along with an NHRA drag race and the Canelo v Kovalev fight is that night in town.
