If Cortez is the only place left with 3/2 single deck...where can I still get decent odds on the strip? 3/2 multi hand anywhere?

What stakes are you willing to play? Cromwell offers 3/2, and a number of CET joints will as well for $10 or $15. IIRC TI has some as well.

+1. Last year at Xmas TI and Cromwell even had $5 3/2 during the day. But TI normally has $10 3/2 and Cromwell’s 3/2 can usually be had at $15 and I’ve seen it at $10 during the daytime during my July and December trips. I’ll report back when I visit in a couple of weeks.

keep in mind that the rules on some of these double deck games are such that 6-8 deck games at, say, Cromwell with 3:2 have about the same house edge when you consider surrender, DAS, etc.

My vote is for DTG off Fremont. (though ElCo is technically better with single and double deck)
DAS and RSA is allowed at DTG, and I'm pretty sure you get those rules in a $5 table. Nice low key evironment.

Yes... DTG has those rules at their $5 CSM... I've played that table & it's a good one.
Double deck can just be more important to a player who's interested in varying their bets based on what's left to be dealt. ;)

A few things missing or wrong in that survey, but generally accurate... (some of the minimums are wrong, as well as "number of tables").
They also show the DTG two-deck game as permitting DAS...they used to a few years ago, but they dropped it... unless they added it back in recently!
They show only 1 $5 double-deck table at the El-Co...it's more like 10.
They also show 'the D' as having a $15 DD game with DAS...if they do, it's news to me!
Still - a very good starting point for those curious about the better games around town!

Yeah, that's nearly a year old. An update would be nice. I say that knowing that there is probably no way to collect that information other than old-fashioned footwork. With the old Wizard of Odds survey, they would make it clear that some of their information was based on old data, maybe years old.

Honestly, the best source of information is probably asking here in this forum before you leave on a trip.

I think so as well...I need to do a better job at keeping the "Blackjack Conditions" thread active.
    Bumping it up right now!
