    My Trip Report

So far I like Aria, they are still working the bugs out but the room is nice and the technology in the room is very cool. We had tapas @ Julian Serrano and it was great. Dinner @ JeanGeorges steakhouse and the filet was perfect, and Sally sucked down a ton of oysters.Service was a little on the slow side but everyone seems very friendly. Drink service has been the best I have ever had:thumbsup:

    Thanks Mike:thumbsup:

Any thoughts on the casino decor/atmosphere? A few have said it is way too dark? How's the VP...slant tops and bar tops? Similar pay tables to the Mirage I'd guess....?

Hope you and Sally are having a ball!! J&S

The bartops are all $1 and up - no quarters. I didn't see any full pay VP (no surprise) although I didn't look everywhere. The casino is very dark. One of the coolest things I saw (last Thursday) were the series of Christopher Walken paintings on the left side wall of the casino as you walk from registration towards the tram. Here is a link to one of them.
