Have an Accepted Offer!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I have an accepted offer in place, having an inspection done today. Has anyone lived or know anything about Lynbrook(its in the North). My agent says its a nice gated community. I live in Canada and plan on renting the house out. Any info/help would be great. I have also spoke with a property mngr and they say it is typically not a hard area to rent out.

I don't know Norh LV at all so can't help there but you can view crime map under LVMPD web site under 'protect yourself'. In hindsight we probably should have bought in a gated area too.

 

congratulations on your purchase. Not familiar with your area. Is it north of Elkhorn rd near Aliante? I hope you have as much success as I've had in renting your home. We use a prop management service too and they've been great. They make it easy and keep your headaches to a minimum.
