Going to Trump Plaza in AC. What would you do?

I'm going to Atlantic city next month, 2 nights comp @ Trump Plaza.
Do I give them my usual play, or do I play elsewhere since they are shutting down in Sept.
your thoughts and insights appreciated.

 

Enjoy the beach. Some fun spots in Brigantine, Ventnor and Margate.

See the jumping horse at Steel Pier. Dance with Grady and Hurst. (wink, wink).

 

It's your money,your decision at the end of the day. I'd play it by ear ,if I started losing,there's plenty of other hotels nearby..

 

I'd move my play.

 

Ok Breeze,I know I'm not as hip as you but who's Grady and Hurst? Maybe I shouldnt know if theres a wink attached.

 

JG Grady and Hurst were disc jockeys back in the sixties and did a Bandstand type show from AC every Saturday if I remember right.

 

It is your money and you should play where you feel right. But, since they are closing I would consider moving my play to Caesar's or Bally's right next door on the Boardwalk.

 

Thanks ,I really had no clue. I grew up 20 miles from NYC listening to Alan Freed, Murray Kaufman and Cousin Brucie. Does anybody remember WNJR from Newark.? They played real Blues R%B,Soul ,the stuff you didnt hear on Main stream radio and,Bandstand . Introduced me to Sam &Dave,Eddie Floyd and that type of music in the 50's and 60's. .

 

I'd just play at Caesars since it's right next door and you can earn tier/reward credits with CET.

 

If the comp is not "up front" I would play there.

 

It is up front, and I'm leaning towards playing elsewhere, to try to build future offers...
only my account with Trump will be burnt if I don't play, in case trump plaza continues with another co.
but that would be a long shot I think.
