Which would you choose for the free night offers? I am planning on staying on the strip in august and is deciding between these 2 hotels from CET to use my free room offers. I assume if the calandar says "offers" and does not say click for price or have a price that it is free. After reading my other thread about which one is less walking distance (for my mom) from casino to hotel and vise versa, I narrowed down my choices to either harrahs or flamingo. They are not far from my favorite gambling casino Venetian and is also easy to get to Caesars Palace too.

For Flamingo for free rooms I have available: FAB Deluxe double queen. All the other rooms say no offer. How are the beds here and is the room nice?

For harrahs, calanadar says "offers" for Classic double queen, High Roller view deluxe two queens or high roller view premium two queens. If it says "offers" and does not say a price, so that means it is free I am guessing. Right now the TR site is having technical difficulties when viewing to see if the high roller ones that say offers are for sure free when I click on the word offers, so I cannot check if there is a price or not. Let me know how each of these rooms are at harrahs and which is better. I wish the site was working right to find out if the high roller ones are actually free or not because all it says is "offers".

My offer: Enjoy 3 free nts @Caesars, Planet Hollywood or Paris OR 4 free nts @Rio, Harrah's, Flamingo, Bally's or The Quad!

I want to stay the night August 7th to the 8th (2 nights).

Harrahs would be closer to Venetian and Flamingo probably would be better for accessing Ceasars, not much more I can offer except it will very hot when you are there :jester:

As i said in the other thread, if it's between Harrah's and Flamingo, do Flamingo. If you have only the Fab Deluxe room, use the $20 tip and secure a GO room.
Keep your ID, CC, TR card, and fold in the $20 so it can be seen by the clerk and ask if there any complimentary upgrades available to a GO room with a smile. Since your mom may have some walking problems, ask for a room close to the elevators. The GO rooms also have fridges.
You can walk from Flamingo to Venetian easily and pretty much in air conditioning most of the way and just steps from the Strip. I do this all the time in the summer. It's quick, it's fun (i'd rather walk IN the casino than on the Strip), and in the summer it will be cool.
Walking from Flamingo to Venetian is easy and when you need to take a break, you're already inside the casinos.

I slept in the Fab Deluxe Double Queen and the room itself isn't bad at all. It looks like a standard hotel. The only downside is the Bathroom that looked like it was made in the 70's. As waverunner said, try the $20 tip at the Flamingo, you should get a nice upgrade to the Go Room.

Thank you guys. I will go ahead with Flamingo and do the $20 tip when I get there. Also I will ask about the $100 free play that I have and see if I have to give the offer code from the TR website over the phone or if they have a print out coupon there for me and check-in. I do not know why I do not get anything in the mail from total rewards. I checked my account and it is sent as no preference so I can do mail and email.
