    My Trip Report

    Shortest TR ever I think.

We recently took a camping trip From Wisconsin to Yellowstone and all sights in between. Pulling our 28ft travel trailer we got about 8/mpg OUCH! This is a great trip everyone should take imho. Wildlife was everywhere and close up.

We stopped in deadwood one afternoon to check it out. It's a pretty cool area with lots of low key casinos with low minimums. My brother and I played at a $3 BJ table (decent rules) with instant cocktail service (from a guy). The ladies didn't have any luck on slots so they were waiting for us staring daggers so we didn't stay too long. We were camping in Custer so I didn't want to go back at night but I think it would be more fun later in the day.

I live on I90 in southern MN and have been thinking about loading the Travel Trailer and making this trip, only going to Mt Rushmore. My buddy at work loves Deadwood

Deadwood can be pretty fun as it is like the strip and can walk place to place.
a couple nice newer casinos as well.

Love the area although I've never gone in the busy summer seasons. Always Fall or Spring...don't too many crowds. But Main St in Deadwood during the summer must be fun.
