Every so often, I receive offers in the mail show up after the offers have expired. Not too big a deal as I can see most of them online but this time, I received a free play voucher two weeks AFTER the valid dates. I am not talking about an offer of hotel and free play, this was an actual voucher that you tear along the perforated lines and insert into a slot machine, no need to go to the cage or TR desk to redeem. Anyway, has anyone tried to use one of these vouchers past the valid dates that are printed on them?

    only a host can overide.

ive had palms and hardrock do it.

never asked at cet and as unless its a shitload of free play not worth the favor in my opinion as i get 20-50 a week in free play if im not round it goes dead.

rather use favor for free show tickets not using up rc .

it wont work putting in the machine i tried it, u need to get a new one from the cage but it has to be reissued. good luck

If your a Seven's Star or higher, and lost alot of money recently, then the answer is maybe.

If your a Diamond Smoe like me or below, not likely. I have only once in my entire 14 year gambling history had an expired free play offer honored, and it was only due to the casino property having to close due to weather on the date of the free play offer.

Thank you both for your feedback. I emailed CET and received a pretty quick response, this is what they said:

"Thank you for contacting Caesars Entertainment! We appreciate your interest in our offers. I am truly sorry to hear that you received our offer late. While it is our intent to have our offers reach our members with ample time to take advantage of them, there are times in which pieces will get held up in the US mail or delivered to the wrong address. For this reason we encourage our members to check their offers by accessing their on-line accounts at www.caesars.com. This will allow you to see them as soon as they are loaded into your account. For offers that have coupons/vouchers please stop by the Total Rewards Center and our staff will be happy to assist you."

Does this sound like they are telling me to bring the Express Play Coupon to a TR desk and they will reissue it or is it just wishful thinking on my part?

I take their email as a big no since it says you need to check your offers online to get them in a timely manner.

Funny, I live in Steveston not far from you, and on May 8th I had a voucher in the mail that had expired May 1.....is it the same one?? It was for Reel Rewards?

I sent them an e-mail just requesting that they double check settings as it was sent expired. It sounds like this was likely a mass mailing mistake. They didn't respond, I didn't really expect them to. No way they would honour it in my mind, I KNOW the offer was on-line in my account for at least 2 months!
