I'm tacking on a few nights after a conference to enjoy Vegas. What are some good bars without an insane cover or long line just to get in? We don't want EDM OR a crazy rave type atmosphere. Just a fun bar with a good energy but not too insane. No interest in a "can't hear myself think" type place, but we do love to dance! TIA!!

Carnaval Court between Harrahs and the Quad. Outdoors and has a cover and and DJ which mostly play top 40 and great place to dance. I believe befor 10 is no cover and then like $10-$20 but you can get your wristband before and comeback later

Many of the casinos will have a bar/lounge area that often has a live band or DJ. The trick is hitting the right time for it. I know Paris has a great little bar area that often has a live band and a dance floor. There is a lounge/bar area at Planet Hollywood that has a band, but it might not be the right kind of music for dancing.
