Considering myself a Vegas regular I was wondering where everyone thinks the best margaritas are. I'm very fond of Cabo Wabos and Diablos can make a killer Patron Margarita. Any suggestions for others worth trying?

Also curious about this as margaritas are turning in to my go to drink.

Anyone had issues getting one as a comp drink while playing slots? On the rocks with salt, not frozen?

Yes and good question?!? This will be my first trip to vegas as a drinker so I'd love to know the comp question.

I didn't care for the salt foam ones at China Poblano, but the food was pretty good.

I usually get a Marg or ten from that little shack in front of Caesars. It takes RCs, so maybe it qualifies as comped.

The only "really good - well made" Margarita on a casino floor was at Bellagio....slots in front of the showroom. It was on the rocks with salt / lime in a tall glass. It was really - really good. Probably as good as any Mexican restaurant. All others at any casino were less than desirable.

As far as downtown goes, 4 Queens had killer margaritas that were not frozen mass produced comp drinks

Rhumbar at Mirage, on Cinco last year I saw the bartender make one with no less than 3 shots of patron in the recipe

I loved the Who's To Blame margarita from Margaritaville! Very very good... I have no idea about the rest of their margs though.

We enjoy the awesome rocks Patron margaritas served in highball glasses on the floor at Mandalay Bay, just tip the CW!

From restaurants I'll usually order a margarita with Don Julio Anejo rather than Patron.

Mesa Grill has a "perfect margarita" with agave nectar and lime juice, no mix, served up like a martini without ice. It's just about perfect :)

The "casino" margarita is often horrible--I would stick to Cosmo, Aria, Bellagio, or Wynn if you are ordering one from a waitress while playing. Cosmo's is probably best IMO.

My wife says the ones at Margarittaville are good. I bought her one of those huge 32 or 48 ounce 'Blender' mugs a couple years back. Took her a few hours to kill it. But when she did she was so proud, and drunk. She was playing at a Pai Gow table at the time and when she finished, all the players at the table ordered Margaritas then poured them all into her mug. You aint done yet!
