    Been seeing some signs on TV shows that display "Welcome to Fremont Street East" - what is that? What is there to do there?

    I can tell you Fremont Street East is worth visiting. It's got an eclectic collection of bars and restaurants. Container Park is pretty cool as well and is kid-friendly to boot.

    Certainly has pushed the riff-raff a little deeper into the hood... it makes the few blocks east of the canopy a little better lit and with positive activity. Well worth the stroll.

    its a fun place to party on the cheap. A good alternative to the MEGA CLUB$ on the strip.
