    lol good one.

TR are a big pain in the ass to write. I only go twice a year and those TR's usually take me a good hour or 2 to write up when I get back home. If I were to go more often I wouldn't write them anymore either.

Props to the guys who write huge long detailed ones and ever more to the live ones. I could not imagine trying to write a live one.

Yep the general hot streak could possibly keep going.

And I will def miss these reports. Honestly even if he kept writing about similar stuff, I'd still enjoy it.

I'm saddened by this development but I know first hand what you are talking about. Except the winning part and the getting tired of Vegas part.

Hopefully you'll get the itch somewhere down the road to regale us with live stories about various forms of casino defilement.

I can really understand why you will have to 'slow down' --> eventually Southern Alberta degenerates can get to you:evillaugh

You do Vegas the proper way - with style and flair and drunkenness dispersed throughout!!

(Now, go get em' Gaggles and Macker!!)

Either way, big thanks for all the effort you have put in detailing all the shenanigans over the last few years. There have been some great reads. How you escape without losing your ass defies all gambling logic.

I'm always amazed how you find time to post and include pictures when you must be feeling out of it, so thanks again.

C'mon man, you're not allowed to stop doing trip reports until you get banned!

No but seriously, long as you keep posting, it's all good.

Sorry I missed you and Nate and UK a couple of weeks ago. I didn't even look at the board the first few days I was out there.

I understand that thread posters view. How many times can ya get creative about hitting the same casino for your favorite game with a 50$ win or loss??? At last when people write about their dining experiences, there a zillion restaurant options and those who dig deeper than just the strip ( ala westie for example) or get great bargains ( Buddha for example) make things just seem more than the run of the mill.
I have talked to many "Vegas vets" that no longer post TR's for the exact same reason as the original poster said ( and in some cases) not to get flamed.

I kind of like the "Newbies" or the "younger vets" TR.s although I DO HAVE TO ADMIT I don't read as many TRs as in the past mainly because I wont be getting out to LV for the foreseeable future. Maybe when that day comes I will read each and every one.. just to "catchup".

I kind of stopped doing TR's years ago. There comes a time when it's no longer fun to do so. Especially when vegas becomes ho hum.

Going to miss your TRs. Hope you will add your crazy comments to the Gaggles and gang trips. Count me in as another who read but never responded. It was a wild ride.

See I always looked at it, as the individual personal experiences the most interesting. Whats happening in the moment. Kinda like being the 5th wheel observing the sh@t going down. As much as I like the pics of rooms, stacks of money, and attractive women. The draw for me is the the descriptions of events and the observed oddity the compelling part of the TR.

But I get where BeeeJay comes from. It is a lot of effort to write a sold TR, and I am sure the drinking at his age is impacting his recollection of events making it that much harder. Even smart pro football players know when to hang it up to preserve there legacy. They remain a legend and just as beloved in retirement.

Besides everyone gets excited if they pop in on ESPN for a 10 minute commentary. Nowadays It so much easier these days to post a twitter pic with 140 characters or a short FB post. I personally think the days of the forums are slowing dying in favor of short instant gratification.

Much gratitude, and a simple request

First of all, thanks for the Trip Crazies over the past few years.

Second, I am lucky I got Mississippi Stud on my computer before I followed your lead and played it for actual money.

Third, how about just some highlights now and then?

    Fourth, thanks again.

    Thank You!

I haven't been on the boards that long, but your reports are EPIC as far as I'm concerned (and apparently everyone else as well  ). Enjoy your other endeavors, and here's hoping you come back soon!
