Are you like the Mrs and me with at least 30 different casino brands? Total Rewards are our primary, but beyond that from BConnected to the Plaza's, from every casino in AC to just about every casino in Vegas, if they offer a club program, we've joined them. Usually because to use an ACG coupon you need to join their players club, so if you want that free play or that 2-1 food coupon, you become a member.

my guess is most here are pretty much the same, and probably have a 1/2 a drawer full of them.

Here is a typical pocket emptying for me. Notice I'm only down to a 100 or so, so not a good outing. My jewerly is to the left, no I don't wear a pandora bracelet. LOL

Just three-(3)... Hard Rock's Back Stage Pass, Golden Nugget and my Wynn/Encore Red card. I use the HRH's BSP card monthly and haven't used the other two-(2) in years. I live in Nevada, but almost never spend a dime on gaming, unless I'm down in Vegas and then I've become locked on spending at HRH. I figure, I'm rarely gonna win, so might as well get points for the play!

Funny you post this, last night I was rummaging through a drawer to try and find something and I came up with a fistful of cards. They were ALL players cards. I was like WTF?

We have maybe a dozen cards, but the only ones that have been getting any play lately are Grazie and Red Card.

    Too many

Between the two of us, about five pounds worth. Many of them are doubles or better. We are not good at cleaning out the extras. Also we find ourselves somewhere we did not expect to be, so we just get a new card.

You know you're a degenerate gambler when you measure the amount of players cards you have by weight.

We have a few from outside Las Vegas, but for Vegas itself we have all of the major ones except Palms and Stratosphere .

For a while there we used to use all our cards and wouldn't play somewhere until we had their card and were using it.

Now? We're really at the point of not caring much anymore. We always use our Total Rewards, MLife and Tropicana cards... but for most of these other places it just doesn't matter - where either we aren't going to play enough to earn any comps or would never stay there in the future. So instead of going to Vegas with a big bundle of cards we just take along 4 or 5 each.

Wow, you have a ton more than me. The big four I always carry around are mlife, TR, Identity, and Red Card. When I go to Vegas, my Grazie and Hooters card are usually somewhere in my bag. I also have a couple at home from a few Tunica properties, but I can't remember the last time I dug those out.

I do, however, keep the hotel room key cards from everywhere I stay. And I have a ton of those!

By how many, do you mean to include all different printings of a card from a property? If so, then we have literally hundreds including my favorite, the Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville Flamingo card from before all Park Place properties were consumed by Caesar's/HET. We have old cards from the RIO that do not have magnetic stripes on them, only square holes that their machines used to read. I seem to remember the old Tropicana "Winners Club" cards were similar.
The Trop was the first place we ever earned comped rooms.

I have 3 cards for Vegas. TR, Mlife, B.
I mainly use TR for gambling, and the B card at Gold Coast for the Buffet.
I used to go to Pala and Pechanga and still have their cards, but haven't been to Indian Casinos since 2007. I'd rather spend my money in Vegas.
My loyalty to CET has given me free rooms and reward credits every time.
Since i play slots, i feel TR is more worthy to me than Mlife, which is geared towards table games. YMMV.

Just looked at the OP post again and my total since 1977 is about 75 in which most of them are still in my drawer.
In fact, i hardly throw anything away from Vegas. I still have cups, key chains, brochures, programs, tickets, chips, etc.etc. that go back to the late 70's.

Hmm Mlife, TR, Grazie, Station, Identity. It feels like I have more than that, but that's it for now haha. No local casino cards, I never end up gambling enough to make it worth it.

I need to snag a Wynn one next time I'm over there!

lol you're just like me. My main 3 are CET, Mlife, and Identity.

I also keep a room key from every hotel I stay in. I write the date on it and throw it in the pile. Just the other day my g/f asked me why I keep all my rooms keys and I tried to explain how it's a Vegas thing but she didn't understand, probably cause g/fs are dumb.

    cards

    Great question... let's see,

    Mlife
    TR
    Identity
    Grazie
    Palms
    Marquee (M Resort)
    Station
and a bunch from the downtown hotels that I never use

I guess most notably no Boyd, HRH, Trop, or Hooters.

    In Vegas

In Vegas I have just about every card available. I have then rubber-banded together in 2 packs, downtown and the Strip. If I'm heading downtown for the day that one goes in the back pocket. Strip time that packet of cards goes with me. And the one for the casino I'm staying at also goes in the wallet.

I used to have EVERY one on the strip. downtown, and many off strip. Now that I haven't been out to LV is a few years I have gotten rid of them all, they were probably all outdated.

Just 4-5. With most casinos under the same company there isn't much need to carry many cards.
