Did they change the rule that you can redeem 4 awards within 30 days if you make a chip purchase? I went to get my 4th reward and I was given a limit 3 warning message. I didn't get that last trip when I used 4.

I just don't want to get to Vegas and not be able to redeem the 4th one.

    Thanks!

Yes, quite a while ago. I've heard some people were grandfathered in if they had purchased chips at a certain time prior to the change. I'm not sure if any current chip package purchases allow you to increase the number of rewards you redeem.

Yes, they changed it. Three rewards is the max for most players now, regardless of chip purchases.

Some people can still redeem more than 3, but buying chips does NOT guarantee more redemptions anymore.

No one really knows the who/what/why behind some people still being able to redeem more than 3 when other chip purchasers can't.

So the best bet is to not purchase chips and enjoy your three rewards.

Yes it is easy to refund. Just call # on reward before it is expired.
