Hello! I've purchased tickets through the Mirage box office for Kathy Griffin in September, and then I recently purchased tickets for Zumanity using a MyVegas reward. I can see that my tickets to Zumanity have the same confirmation number as my tickets to Kathy Griffin. Should I be worried about this or is this normal? I don't want to find out when I get there the person booking Zumanity booked over my KG tickets. Any one else experience this?

It's normal, but do call to confirm.

I've never actually checked the confirmation number, but all your show tickets at all the MGM Mirage properties get lumped into your account. They'll often print you all your tickets to all your shows when you drop by the box office for the first time.

It actually drives me nuts and I always mention that I just want the tickets to the show I'm at the box office for. It annoys me when a KA ticket is printed on a Bellagio background or something like that. But I'm just weird. I'm sure 99.9% of people would rather get all their tickets at one time rather than go from casino to casino picking up tickets one show at a time.

I just noticed this tonight with my shows at Luxor and MGM as I was printing info for our upcoming trip. Did you find out if everything is A-OK?

It's probably actually some sort of account number rather than a unique order confirmation number.

MGM gives you an account number that's for all your tickets you ever purchase from them and a separate confirmation number I think. You can only pick up tickets at the box office of the show if it's the day of the show. If you are in town earlier, you can go to any MGM property's concierge or box office and they will print you a ticket to your show.
