Great Race Points Showing on Machine!

I can't see them on website yet, but i had $77 last nite, deducted 150 about in room charges and now have a bit over $1000. Website still shows last nite ending balance.

 

How's that math work?

 

Great Jenny...I'm still looking online - we go to HSI for an over-nighter on Friday but can't make it our there until then. Guess just have to wait....looking forward to spending some of them in March... Thanks for the info.

 

To my knowledge, the points have not posted. However, if it did indeed post as you believe, then I am not sure if those indeed were from GRTR. If I recall, the top is $750 to be credited.

Unless there is a system glitch or person incorrectly inputted $500 twice, which would have given you the approximate $1,000.

Otherwise, something does not sound right. You deducted some money and out of the blue you got $1,000, which is more the the max they would have given, unless you played and earned multiplier bonuses that you are not aware.

 

Great news! Previous RC balance was 16...today it's at 33!! Not sure what I did I did to earn 17 points since I've not been to a casino recently. Lol.

 

Sorry - I was typing that on my phone (without my glasses.....need I say more). Anyway - $775 to start. About $150 in room charges taken away when I switched hotels today. Add $500 for GR. It has shown on the machines all day - still not on website yet tonight. (But the ones I used at check-out aren't on there yet either.)

 

That's what happened to me on the last great race contest. They added a few points one day and all the rest of the points a couple days later.

 

My $750 from the great race is showing in my account on the website this morning....yippee!

Well this is weird both of my cards show some random dollar figure added? One appears to be a little over $200 and the other one a little under $200... $200 is not even a possible amount to get from the Great Race, right? It's $100, $250, $500, and $750? I should have the 15+ points for $750 guess we'll see hopefully it's not all I'm getting!

 

I also have some weird dollar figure showing too. Had $172 or so and now have $242. Nothing showing on my eStatement about what was added either.

 

I've got an extra $120??? This is making me even more nervous than I already was about getting the rewards. I really hope all my $750 shows up by tomorrow. I've been counting down to Nov. 15 for a long time.

 

They have been good about customer responses on accounts, but I would give it a couple of days just in case they are overwhelmed right now. I had a response in a couple of days when I inquired as to the number of points I had earned & she told me then how many $ I would be getting.

 

Did check my mom's account too - she actually should have had $250 but for some reason she only got $100. Not sure what is missing on hers.

 

My acct, my wife's acct, and my brothers acct are all showing some random credit value. I'm sure they will get this fixed in the next day or two.

 

The number appears to be going up throughout the day. I've been stuck at an odd number but I have friends that were at 20k-ish and are now over 50k... I think it's just slow going but progress is progress.

 

My sweetie and I got most of ours.
I'm assuming more is coming.

 

It's true the RC's are coming as the day passes. I thought I had gotten the whole $750 this morning but forgot about the credits I already had. I just logged in again and another $26 worth have posted since this morning. I'm now up to about $30 shy of the whole $750. Life is good.

I have the same issues. How odd that CET would to it in dribs and drabs. Why not all at once?

I just looked at my account too and I didn't get the whole $750 like I should have. It sounds like it's happening to everyone so I'll wait a few days. Is there someone you can contact if they don't post all your points?

 

Just checked ours...should both have $750. I have received about $600 and hubby about $300. Hopefully the rest come within the next couple of days. This is odd - last year it was a few days late but entire $600 posted at once.
