Does anyone know the levels of rooms for the Forum, Augustus, and Octavius Towers? Is it just deluxe, deluxe + view, suite, penthouse?

Also, has anyone ever got a free upgrade to a villa?

Bump up for you! I'd like to know the answer to this.

Also, Not to hijack your thread, but I also wondered if anyone could rank the Caesars towers in order from nicest to worst (I'm guessing this is fairly subjective, although am I right in assuming the Roman is the worst?).

Roman is the worst. Stayed there in March and was so thoroughly disappointed that I don't think I will be staying at any CET property again anytime soon

    Caesars

    From Worst to Best

Roman ($20 tip can always get you to the Forum Tower)
Forum (I've stayed in a King ... very nice room)
Palace (close to pools, and lot of good pool views)
    Augustus
    Octavius

Anything other than the Roman Tower, I believe are very nice rooms.

This is accurate although I personally would flip Forum and Palace. Palace tower is a looong hike from the lobby/strip entrance. So is the Forum tower but you can at least cut through Cleopatra's Barge. Palace tower is right by the pools though if that's your thing.

Some of us (not all), would skip CP no matter what room.

Place is too big and spread out, confusing, and over priced.

But, Augustus & Octavius are very nice rooms. But, a long ways from the casino, and even longer to Forum shoppes.

I would like to stay there just once but the pricing is absolutely horrible. They must do just fine considering some of the prices for such lackluster rooms..

I would venture to say that some of Harrah's rooms, Flamingo GO rooms, PHo Hollywood Hip rooms, and maybe even Bally's North Tower rooms are equal or even better than those standard Caesar's rooms.

Anything BUT the Roman Tower is great
we stayed our first time in the Palace Tower and
thought we were high rollers The next time we had 2 nights
in the Roman Tower (YUCK) I wanted to move, hubby said it's
only 2 nights!!! And then the last time we got Octavius....woo woo
    now that is living!!!!
we are going back and this time we have Augustus tower.
IMO the rooms at CP are a big step above Harrahs and Flamingo(though we
like staying at those places too)
Once you stay at CP you get the lay of the land and it's pretty easy to
navigate around the casino and out to the strip. Before we stayed there we
would enter through the forum shops and we could never find our way out!!!
It's big but I've wandered aimlessly around alot of the bigger casinos and don't
find CP any harder to get around.
    :peace:

Yeah I feel like I am getting to like it more the more I walk around, and I would like to stay just to enjoy the pools and ambiance once. Sometimes the rates are reasonable but you just need to catch them in advance.

Crazy how some of the weekends are upwards of $800/night for the cheapest room, and its not like a marquee weekend or anything.
