Does anyone in the UK ever receive offers from MGM or CET.

I have been to Vegas twice this year and planning to go again in august.
I have never received an offer from MGM and cant even book the tier discount just now.

I can get comped caeser rooms midweek and comped any day for all their other properties using the calander.

i am just short of platinum for MGM and just short of diamond for CET. both will be made next trip.

I was hopeing to get some free play or/and some F&B credit.

I only play VP and slots, i have no idea what my coin in is but it will be at least $1000 a day.

Do they give offers to UK residents?

I very rarely get offers online in my mlife acc, but whenever i go, I just call/email a host where I want to stay or where I've stayed before and ask what they'll do. I always get comped room, sometimes limo, freeplay/ food and bev. I felt strange at first calling but now its the norm.

And if you don't get an answer you like first, call back later and speak to someone else, if you're playing 1000 dollars a day on slots, I would call VIP.

A couple of years ago, I called Mandalay Bay, spoke to casino marketing, the girl quoted me 129 dollars a night for 4 nights, I thought 'thanks but no thanks', called a day later and spoke to a host in VIP and was offered RFL and limo.

    Good Luck:beer:

For CET and MGM specifically -

CET - No offers but decent room comps through the calendar. Similar to many players, UK & US

MGM - This is where most of my higher level play goes. I do not get anything through Mlife. I did query this with a casino marketing supervisor once, after I put through over $40k on VP one day while I was staying elsewhere. I was told that they are not allowed to issues offers outside UK! Seems strange as I have received offers from other casinos (Wynn, TI etc).

I can get room comps, limo transfers and so on through a host. It would be nice to get some of the generous offers that seem to pop up on the Mlife site for other players but it seems that I will not get them.

"I only play VP and slots, i have no idea what my coin in is but it will be at least $1000 a day."

Is that your daily budget? $1000 coin-in is nothing, your actual figure will be much higher.

I get regular offers from Wynn. Get some mlife as well, though I rarely gamble at mlife casinos.

Nothing ever from CET - but I just contact my host and she will make me an offer based on the dates I want to come (so x nights comp + $x free play).

So if you are are UK based and stay at CET properties, you really need to get a host.

MGM definitely give offers to UK residents.

For the past year I have focused my play with MGM and am Platinum. I only play table games and like to experience different hotels. I always book through a host. My last trip was for new year and I stayed at Aria and NYNY and I started getting hotel specific offers posted on Mlife about three months later. My previous trip was June 2011 and I stayed at Mirage and Cosmo, I started getting offers from Mirage within days of my return (nothing from Cosmo - my host doesn't even reply to emails). In the year prior to that I stayed at MGM and Monte Carlo and have never had an offer posted on Mlife for either, but have had email offer direct from the host for monte Carlo.

I normally have between 10 and 15 offers and a sample is as follows:
Mirage Spring offer - 3 nights in a one bed suite with Limo and $600 Mirage rewards
NYNY Spring offer - 3 nights in suite with Limo and $200 freeplay
Aria Summer offer - 3 nights in a one bed sky suite with Limo, 2 elvis tickets and $600 resort credit
Mirage - Nickleback at MGM on 16/6
Mirage - WWE Raw at Mandalay Bay on July 16
NYNY - 2 tickets Neil Diamond
Mirage - You're in it to win it August

My advice would be try to book through a host, but either way always put everything on your room and at checkout go and see the host on duty to see what they will do for you.

Forgot to say that I have never had one of the Mlife corporate offers regularly discussed by our American friends.

    Call.

    Ask.

    Have your player number handy.

Know you dates in advance. Check their calendar to see what normal rates are for your dates. Asking for a deal when they are already full might be difficult.
