The wife goaded me into buying Air Supply tickets for 9/2 at the Orleans Arena. Do any of you have good recommendations for restuarants at the Orleans? I've been to the casino and movie theater several times, but I have never eaten there.

Cuisine is not a huge factor. I'm not that picky.

Prime Rib Loft or Big Al 's would be my suggestions. There are a lot of other options at the Orleans, too.

The Prime Rib Loft is quite good as is Canal Street Grille.

We stayed on the Strip but usually visit the Orleans once a trip for either a show or to bowl ( don't ask). I don't think we would go there for those activities if we hadn't discovered those two restaurants so the evening is complete.

Another vote for the Prime Rib Loft (I prefer it over Canal St).

If you want a quick bite try Fuddruckers.

    My recommendations . . .

For prime rib, steaks and chops: Prime Rib Loft
For seafood and cajun: Big Al's Oyster Bar
    For sushi and chinese: Koji

Big Al's is good, even the cafe is good. They also have a Mexican restaurant. There are many options at the Orleans.

We like the Cafe a lot - good, very reasonably priced plate dinners and sandwiches. If you like Buffets, the Orleans buffet is very good and really inexpensive, like 8 bucks for lunch and 13-14 for dinner. Lots of options, including things like gumbo, crawfish and all of the normal buffet type options. Big Al's clam chowder is awesome too. They have about ten or twelve dining options in the Orleans and we have liked all we have tried. If you do the Prime Rib Loft, very nice atmosphere, stick to beef. We tried the chicken once and it was mediocre. Prime Rib is king there.
