    Thank you!! [IMG]

The best WoF at the Trop that Thursday night-Friday morning was a $1 Triple Diamond, it just kept paying and paying.

Funny thing is, the Trop got rid of their Megabucks machines. Kept the WoF's though, thank goodness. ;)

Nice report, Paka! I've heard how beautiful Bryce Canyon is, and your pics confirmed it for me. I need to take a side trip there on my next trip to Vegas.

Interesting about all of the attention that you received at the Trop (based on your pics, it's not surprising). Guys flirting with you is one thing, but grabbing your hand until you had to pull away? That's going too far. I don't blame you for going up to get your husband!

CamelClutch- Thank you!! Yes, Bryce is absolutely gorgeous! I definitely recommend Ruby's Inn there too. LOL, something I forgot to mention in the TR-- if you stay there, the restaurant is GREAT, but be careful about ordering dessert... they are excellent too, but they are enough to feed half a dozen people. [IMG] I was craving sweets and ordered this "Bronco Buster Brownie" and when it came out, it was about as tall as my hand is long. Brownies, ice cream, whipped cream, hot fudge... YUM, but couldn't even finish 1/4 of it!

Good thing about going to Bryce too, you get to drive through Zion on the way there, which is so beautiful also.

Those guys in the casino creeped me out, but now the hubby and I are laughing about it. The one guy who was convinced I was someone else, kept calling me Kelly... so now my husband is calling me that too, lol! I'm pretty oblivious when playing the slots so I didn't notice him before he approached me that night, but after I described him to my husband, he's convinced he's the one he saw following us around. The one who grabbed my hand also claimed he had been watching. Sheesh, why pick on me, I'm just an average person and I was dressed down; I like to think I blend in... certainly there were tons of better targets there for them.

Tahoeden- Thanks!! [IMG] We are just completely in love with it now too. If we ever hit the big one, we'd definitely want a place out there! I can't wait to go back again. And also, everyone there was just so friendly!! We just felt so comfy and at home there.

Well, I'll try to have more photos from the trip later on. [IMG]

Ok, added a few more photos to the bottom of the report.

Also, I totally forgot to mention in the report our visit to the Titanic Artifact Exhibit at the Trop, so I added that info in as well. [IMG]

Great trip report. Loved all the pictures. A few of them looked like you were at Emerald Island when going around Lake Tahoe. We did the whole drive around the lake when we were there visiting our brother (who lives in Reno) in 2003.

Tahoeden: Was in Buffalo, NY over the weekend. Went to Arbor Bar in downtown Buffalo. The best wings ever!

Great trip report and great pics.

Weird that those guys kept bothering you. Hopefully it won't happen again, but if it does maybe calling security might get rid of them or provide an escort.

    Ahhhh... Tahoe...

I'm going to retire there! I have a friend who has a place in Tahoe and sent me a pic online of the gas station by his house and it was 3.23.

    Geez!!!

Nice hits on the slots... And don't you love it when people are weird like that?

    Outstanding!

    ....

A very interesting trip you had...

That mining town history is fascinating. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I was wondering about Mizuno's recently; I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your meal.

Just got around to checking out your link and that was a very cool report. Brought back some memories of my first (and only) visit to Lake Tahoe some years back. The drive around the lake is really something. I was also there in mid-April and we had snow the morning I decided to do the drive. Really wasn't bad at all and added to the beauty. Would love to do that "loneliest road" drive someday...oh, and I'd love to win all that money playing slots too. [IMG]

Nice TR. Glad you had a chance to visit Tahoe. What a beautiful place. I'm trying to get a vacation place out there and live there half the year.

Sounds like a great trip! Beautiful photos! I loved Lake Tahoe, we visited in July, it was a gorgeous escape from the Vegas heat. We've yet to venture to the Parks in Utah, your pics make me anxious to get there. Thanks for sharing!
