I’ve never met anyone who knew exactly how MGM offers work. My belief is that they look at your last 18 months but place a priority on 3-6 months ago. It also takes 2 months for new offers to reflect your play. I had big play on Jan 6 and it was not reflected on Feb 1 offers.

Pretty sure its not that either. My data:
12/2022 - Initial Trip on Covid Offer ($25FP $50RC and 2 nights) after like 10 years of not playing at an MGM in Vegas. $58k coin in slots.
Offer $165 FP, later went to $225 with no more trips.
4/2023 - EzE is annoyed at that offer trip. $27k coin in slots.
    Offers increase to $325 FP
7/2023 - EzE is still annoyed, but going to take my free food and freeplay and its a Skyview Penthouse at MB :D. $59k coin slots (I ran pretty hot on the slots).
    Offers increase to $725 FP
12/2023 - Double booked Cosmo with NYNY cause why not? $11k coin in slots (burn baby burn)
Offers go down to $650 FP (hmmph, guess I still got another trip :D) later they dropped to $575 FP no more trips (market adjustment likely as almost everyone saw a small drop)

Before they changed from point based to Theo based, some of us understood MGM like clock work.

It definitely looks like they are cutting over properties to a different system. The ones without RC don't seem to see my reservations that I made before April. I can double book them on nights when I already have another reservation at another MGM property. The ones with RC see my reservations and the nights(and a few nights before/after) are showing full retail rate as expected. Wonder if I can get double FP if I book a second room now?

    Good catch.

Also in the little side window that opens up when you click on a specific hotel,

There's an underscore in front of the word FREEPLAY in the offer description, and then the rest is missing
Most of the detailed T&Cs are missing after the word FREEPLAY

That is really interesting and hard to reconcile with my trip from the very next month.
Also stayed on a teaser offer and hadn’t been in years (probably 4 rather than 10, but still…)
On that trip, 4 days in January 2023, I did almost exactly enough to make gold with the 2x accelerator, 72,762 tier from slots, all spend was comped off (and put me under threshold for gold) $4548 Theo.
I started getting emails about concerts etc quickly, and my first set of offers in March was $900 FP, and 5(!) days almost anywhere, even 2-bedroom Skylofts….
Next trip was a slot tournament in May, 3 days, played a $10/spin top dollar machine for hours and paid enough attention to the accelerator to get platinum. 55K Tier plus 45k bonus.
Offers bumped a bit to $1200 FP for July only and then dropped to $1000 FP for rest of the year. In that time I had 4 more trips of 3 or 4 days each and 4K tier each. (If I made 4K tier and had $$ left I took it home, and if I underperformed I used “science” to boost it to 4K)
Offers dipped to $950 Jan 1, but my trip that month saw a bunch of play, 30K Theo over 5 days on-property, and my offers doubled to $1900 FP, which is where they are now.
I just returned from a 2 day trip where I ran all over for tier matching and basically set my bankroll on fire at 5 different casino groups, so I only managed 2K Theo at mgm despite losing over twice that on property and $10k total, so it will be interesting to see what June has in store in terms of offers…..

Well my theory is that my first trip was only 2 days and something in their algorithm favors longer trips.

Is it normal for ParkMGM Suite or NoMad Accomodations fto be listed in the ParkMGM and NoMad offers? Maybe they are merging those two into one property moving forward?

    No, not normal.

Usually you would only see Park MGM rooms when looking at Park MGM, or only NoMad rooms when looking at NoMad.

I don't look at those two properties often, but as far as I know they historically have displayed everything in the same format as all the others. ETA: After seeing Colo's reply, I may have misinterpreted your question.

I did notice the thing you said about the booking engine enforcement of the 72 hour rule, but it's not really telling me anything.

I have reservations this summer at MB and Vdara, 5 days in between. Booked last year.

For the 4 properties that are missing RC, if I load the current offer from any of them, they are ignoring the MB dates (ie. telling me I can get them comped) but are enforcing the 72 hour rule on the Vdara dates.

It still smells like a code glitch to me more than some sort of intentional realignment. It doesn't take much to throw things out of whack.

My other theory is that there is no trademark symbol in cyrillic and they are still in the system. :D

Have some oddly good rooms available now. Wonder if I should just book em for potential dates.
    This is a bad thing?

Considering that's our go to hotel because we have kids and I'm comped suites at almost all other hotels, yes that's bad lol

Actually my host is being super cranky right now.. so she recommended I come play but not stay to adjust my comps.

My usual response to crap like that from a host is 'No Freeplay, No Me Play' can just adjust it to 'No Free Stay, No Me Play' in your case.
