I've only stayed at Harrah's due to comp. But I'm told Aquarius has nice rooms.

Back to Harrah's we went, and after dutifully doing the speed limit through Searchlight... I played some STP, then after taking a bit of a beating 20210904_171531.jpg 20210904_173952.jpg got a small hit to get ahead a little

Then myself and @Slider did something I wouldnt have thought to do... I played live keno.... And I won about 15 bucks.... you can sit there, play 50 cents a game, every 4 minutes, and the waitress brings you drinks...... ultimate low-rolling.

Dinner was at el Burro Borracho, and like a lazy burro, I forgot to take pics... but it was about 3.5 oles..... not quite as good a value as Don Miguel's at SP, but still quite good.

Played in the scramble at Laughlin Ranch, we shot an 80 for a two man scramble, not good but fun with great mates we played with and exchanged beverages with afterwords... great times, and it hit some nice shots (4 claps) 20210905_080006.jpg 20210905_091258.jpg

We went to dinner at the range, and @Slider goes to the restroom, and runs into our golf partners......so we treated them to dinner and we had a great time... Slider had the ribeye (4.5 moos) and I had the scampi (3 spongebobs) the company and good times were priceless. 20210905_193356.jpg 20210905_201214.jpg 20210905_201216.jpg 20210905_201933.jpg 20210905_202005 (1).jpg

It just dawned on me, that's a 6 night junket.
    Is that typical for Laughlin?

Last day, we went and golfed with our new friends again, swam in the river, sat by the pool, and I made a couple hundred off the 3-6 poker game.....

all told, for the trip, I spent 500 bucks, including walking around money.......pretty damn good. That's a win

Dinner at Guy fieri's again.... I had enchiladas, and slider had the trash can nachos...... both quite good (3.75 flavortowns) 20210906_194229.jpg 20210906_194622.jpg 20210906_194623.jpg

Richard... Laughlin is a fun, yet different place, a much slower place, and honestly with old-school values... (don't drop an f-bomb at a gaming table) Me.....I love it.... others won't......and that's....the way it is.

I’ve stayed in most Laughlin Casio hotels. Not pioneer or Colorado belle, now it is closed
Aquarius has nice rooms in one tower and the other tower was in need of remodeling

None of the rooms are great, but if not comped they were very reasonable
Even the suites at Harrahs were dated perhaps they have been remodeled
Interesting when we started going to Laughlin the suites had a player name at the door. I was told if that person wanted their room you had to move

Good report! After spending 1 day in Laughlin last month, I know that it's a great place for me. Really liked Aquarius. Thanks for all the updates.
