Boyd has appeared to finally have fixed their website

Was just looking around and when I put in some dates at Sam's Town, it was giving me 5 comped days so I tried to book it (through BConnected) and it refused to take my credit card. I tried calling the 800 number it gave me and I got a Shutter/Blind place! Sent them an email through the "Contact Us" but still no replay back.

 

Shhhhhh. Don't tell them they fixed it. They'll promptly re-break it (though the old way was probably better for patrons). Someone once said that about Cosmo's website a couple years ago, and the thing promptly stopped working. Mlife is still a mess, I haven't gotten tier credits for dining in months. Doesn't really matter much to me because I don't have any use for Platinum anymore, but I highly doubt I'll hit the threshold again this year if this goes on.

 

Cosmo's website is a clusterfuck. I always have to log in twice.

 

Boyd is being generous again. Instead of the one solitary tier credit they gave me a while back, now I've got four. That's right... FOUR! Quick, go check your accounts.

Only 746 left to go.

I just book a room at The Cal for the middle of October and it comped me all four nights. Surprised and happy.

 

I just booked a room yesterday (premium 2 queens non-smoking) at the cal for july 2nd to 6th. If anyone wants to book for 4th of july weekend, hurry up because everything is booking up fast. The deluxe rooms are all sold out. I wanted a premium anyway (bigger bathroom, more quiet AC) so that works out.

 

I lost all my Boyd Tier points and my Sapphire card status earlier this year.
I called and got my Sapphire card status back.
Was getting comped nights at The Cal in June but nothing in July...4 nights $458
So I said screw it and booked an offer at Golden Gate for July 21st...I haven't been there in 4 years
but somehow got a 50% off room offer.
4 nights + 2 passes a day at the Circa Stadium Swim Pool each day with one hour early access. $300
I've received comped rooms at The Cal , MSS and Fremont for the last 7 years.
I guess I don't matter any more.
I probably won't play at any Boyd properties and I'll will be booking my Oct. trip somewhere else!
