I booked a comp trip including air to Biloxi for three weeks from now via CET. All I got was a confirmation email. No flight info. How do I know where to go in airport and when? Will they email me a couple of days before?

    Thanks for any info.

Call your host or the phone number on any of your documentation and let them know the situation.

You can also check with Caesars Rewards Air online. The website says that it will list phone numbers but it doesn’t. However, they have an email address listed: [email protected].
I have used it several times and have always gotten a reply within 48 hours.

Yes they will send you an email about a week before and then again two days before. I went on one last month and that’s what they did.

Based on taking a handful of charters - it is apparently a national secret as to who/what.

    They eventually tell you.

I received snail mail with info., luggage tags, and a liability waiver to return less than 2 weeks out. If you call they can tell you the airline/charter.

    Thanks all. I emailed rewardsair.

They changed the departure airport from Tampa Intl to St. Pete regional. Only an additional 30
min drive, but I was planning to be dropped off and picked up at airport, now I will drive myself, and park. I’m slightly annoyed (since I’m a pain in the ass) I picked these specific dates because it was leaving from TPA.

As stated above, they told me to watch for an email 72 hours before with flight info. It’s actually Swift Air- which I regret reading reviews about.

@Courtney Swift I believe is what we were on in January to Biloxi. I expect my junket to Vegas from Mosinee will also be same. I am just hoping I'm not stuck in between two people since I'm going alone this time. I could have opted for commercial through the casino junket company (normally Sun Country) however that would have meant dealing with Minneapolis traffic & 3x higher parking fees.

They were very short on legroom. For a short person like me that isn't that much of an issue but for a normal sized person it could be tight. Overhead bin space was very normal (EXCEPT for the idiot that shoved her bag in whacky BOTH directions. She actually jammed the bin latch until they managed to pry it open again). We received a medium bottle of water and a package of cheese-its (?). Underseat storage didn't seem too big but did hold my purse. I'm wearing a belt bag since no one to help watch things this time.

Spirit really was not as bad as I expected it to be at all. Next week I have to start in Central Wisconsin, then fly SOUTHEAST to Ft Wayne Indiana, then west to Vegas. 6 hour flight time. That's not Spirits fault though. That's the junket arrangements.

I didn't receive my flight info until 15 days out this time. They actually indicated it would be 10 days out. JUST received a room confirmation number today (7 days out) & appears it's a standard Burgundy room. I can't complain since the flight is included. .
