wow I never knew that, they let you bring your own beverage from another bar into the restaurants?

My experience has been that most restaurants will bring in one drink. There are outliers who will make you finish it or they’ll take it, but most that I have been to allow you to bring one in.

In my case(s) they recognized my glass(es) as Cosmo-shaped but we did get charged a corkage fee on the wine bottles we brought in.

Day 3 was a really good final day for this trip. Other than my phone glitching for a few, it was solid with a cashed sportsbet, a Sinatra Smash, more Chandy time, and a late(r) night craps adventure. I was on pace to turn $200 into $1000+ but we didn’t quite get there.

I left my room all packed up this morning about 8:30 and decided to checkout in person to get a paper copy of my folio. I was third in line and everything was correct with three meals charged (Bardot, Carbone, and Javier’s) and three resort fees and one night at $54. I always leave cash tips and never opened the mini fridge.

I took a c-note stab at $1 DDB and was dealt trip Aces within my first five hands but whiffed. I had this occur about a dozen times total for the trip. I also played my customary 10 spins of Megabucks and turned $40 into $25.

My Lyft from Aria to LVA was easy and $13.99.

Room pics and further reflections to come...

Since this was my first Aria stay, I was not familiar with all the different room arrangements. My initial room (which I could not get into) was on floor 16 of the main tower and waaaay awaaaay from the elevator, probably because I arrived so early and the usual cleaning pattern in big hotels starts on the end and works towards the center. The new room (which I could get into) was on floor 34 and three rooms from the elevator. This is a Resort King, strip view:

I do like those chips at NY/NY, but I've never had luck at their craps tables. Congrats!
