As long as the mini fridge isn’t stocked with beverages from the hotel, you’ll be fine.

Hmm, didn't think about that. They stopped stocking mini bar fridges at some properties due to covid.

A couple years ago on NYE weekend we got back to Aria in a cab with a load of alcohol.
The doormen loaded two cases of wine on a cart along with several large bottles of booze, champagne etc .

Tipped well and the goodies were upstairs in 30 min.

Just keep a $20 ready for a "handshake" in case anyone gives you a hard time. Probably won't need it, but even if you do it'll be a fraction of the cost of whatever you would spend taking anything beyond a Share Size of M&Ms from the in-room mini bar.

Probably depends on where the sensors are placed, and what type of sensors are there.

If it's a small amount and you're not being obnoxious about it, most hotels don't bat an eye. That disclaimer is there mainly to hinder anyone throwing a shindig in their room and bringing in off-site catering and beverages.

This would definitely be frowned upon these days though...

Years ago I saw a lady walking down FSE with two open champagne bottles, alternately swigging from both of them. Obviously very much under the influence. :)

I don’t know what casinos you’re talking about, but I do every Halloween Phish run, and all casinos at strip and Tropicana are pure party mode, big cubes of beer and god knows what else are being brought in. Shows are at MGM arena and that lobby is packed with phans with copious booze.

as long as you're not lugging kegs through the casino floor, you shouldn't have an issue.

We do that often. Then lay a towel or two over the top to slow down the melting time. Also, large zip lock bags help... especially if taking something cold when you leave. (one of the things alway in our travel bag is ziplock bags)

As long as peeps are not using the same sinks as in the toilet room, that would be gross.
    ...just saying.

The check in line at Lux can be absolutely notoriously long. So my wife and I often trade off waiting in line while the other usually lounges around or relaxes. A few years ago we were checking in and she was in line. I was originally going to go off and get into some trouble at the slots. I remembered I had brought a bottle of Crown with me. I knew it was stashed in our luggage somewhere but couldn't remember where. Well in my infinite wisdom I started ripping through our luggage at the bench near the place that sells the sugary drinks around the check in line. Found the bottle of Crown, no mix. Hmm well I wasn't going to go off and find some so I popped the top and started from the bottle (yes I am that classy). Wife finished checking in, walked up to me less than thrilled because she could see where that night was going to end up. We were staying in the West tower so we wandered across the casino floor, then down the hallway towards the elevator. Several high fives were had along the way with random people and staff. We even walked past one of our favorite CW who was happy to see us and encouraged us to come back as she had a few hours left in her shift. On the elevator we rode up with a floor supervisor in the tower. He just had to enquire why I was going right from the bottle. My answer was 'we forgot to pack mix'. About 25 minutes into unpacking there was a knock on the door and low and behold it was a bottle of mix! One of the MANY reasons we love Lux.
