Linq did before the plague. I never have played that so it's entirely possible there are a lot of them and I just havent noticed. But that's the only one I've ever noticed.
Circa has stadium style bubble craps. They're multi game machines that include a few other table games as well.
Red Rock has a fairly large one near the table games. It has automated bubble craps and roulette terminals, and dealer dealt baccarat and blackjack, maybe more.
Binion’s I think does - never actually went in the room, but kept hearing it when I was playing their 8/5 BP
This is a good distinction, by the way -- Aria has a stadium-style setup, but "Stadium" is formally an Interblock system, whereas Aria has an IGT implementation that's similar but not exactly the same. The bigger caveat is that while they may have the infrastructure, they're not going to have multiple dealers running multiple games if just a couple people are there, so it's a time of day/week thing.
Upstairs at the D they have a machine where you can play craps by yourself. the dice is on the top of the machine. Interesting if you just want to play by yourself.
